"I’ve stopped by three different days and every single time I have approached the drive thru their “computer system is restarting and it’ll take about 30 minutes.” Two out of the three times the person in front had their order taken and pulled around to the window before I am told the computer is down and they can’t take orders. I actually don’t know how the food is because I have never had an order completed at this location."

"I went through the drive through to grab my family and I a bit to eat. After taking my order, I hesitated as I looked at the menu. They guy on the speaker told me to go ahead and pull up.. literally didn't give me 2 minutes to look it over and I felt rushed. I come to the second window after ordering a #1 and he literally handed me what looked like a kids drink.. 6-8 oz. I asked if that was normal to get that size drink and he said you didn't tell me what size.......... Okay so most places have a custom size usually a medium. After sending it back for a medium, I was curious and asked again so I could know for future reference. I mean after all the meal was $9 and to get a drink that size didn't make sense. Again he was rude and said you didn't tell me what size. I told him he didn't ask!! I told him to cancel the order and went next door to the McDonald's.. I will not be returning to this establishment!!"

"Food sucks. Buns are hard fries taste old. The workers are slow and rude. Waiting for 45mins for this is ridiculous. Waste of money. Tried to have it our way but bk obviously does it their way. Officially done with burger king as a franchise."
