Even after my mother moved in she checked up on her to see how things were going. She loves this place, the community and the staff."

"Been living here for almost 4yrs. I do live in the front, so it is quiet. Neighbors in the front area are close. Maintenance guys come in a timely manner when you submit a repair. I’ve only submitted repairs online , but they do acknowledge them quickly. So far I’ve been through 2 office management changes, I’ve personally have not had any issues with any of them. My apartment itself have not had any pest issues. The only pest issues I’ve had was in the bushes outside, but it was addressed. Trash pick up at the dumpster I swear seems like daily. I understand there are several dumpsters, but it seems like they are there daily. Office has participated in activities to get to know neighbors or community events , I have yet to attend, but you can tell the staff is trying to get to know the residents."

"I really have loved living here. The atmosphere is nice and the office staff is always helpful. I have only needed maintenance twice but it was for minor things- the garbage disposal and an air filter replacement. Maintenance had came and fixed both issues within a day or so of filling the maintenance request. I look forward to renewing my lease here."
