"This is our first rental experience. We have been renting two-room apartments here for a year now. We decided to stay next year. Love the location of the complex with access to highways 35 and 121. The complex is located 15 minutes from DFW Airport, but there is no noise from cars and planes. There are a lot of green spaces around. There are many places for shopping nearby, and there are excellent restaurants with fast delivery. The area is always clean and well maintained. The complex is closed from outside visitors. Covered parking spaces. Our windows overlook the pool. There is always a fountain babbling there, which makes us happy even in winter. Our two-room apartments have a very good layout, ample storage space, a fireplace, a large balcony, bathtubs in both bathrooms and good sound insulation. Impeccably fast and high-quality service and the ability to submit a request for service online. What we miss: we are really looking forward to the opportunity to go to the sauna. But we visit the gym and the beautiful swimming pool with great pleasure. Special thanks to the girls from the leasing office for their help, friendly smiles and excellent service! This is truly our home, to which we want to return as soon as possible. We thank Rockbrook Creek for this pleasant experience."

"I want to start off by saying, Mickey was very helpful in answering my questions and following up with me after my tour. Unfortunately, the actual day I visited the complex, the agent at the office was extremely rude. This was, without a doubt, the worse experience I've had when touring an apartment. This woman went so far as to tell me I was taking too long with the tour and to hurry up and bring the keys back. Afterwards, she implied I'd stolen the keys and run off. When I asked questions, she seemed bothered and was trying to rush me out of the office. She wouldn't even give me her name which is why I can't mention it in this review. The apartment was okay, but needed repairs. Maybe your experience will be different depending on the agent who helps you with your tour."
