"Dr tan us an amazing dr and I love her is why I have tolerated this clinic for over 15 years and because my daughter has medical issues however now that she's about to age out and I only have one child left I am going to switch Dr's. The office staff and communication is horrible. 20 minutes for them to process a payment. When they say they are going to call you back they don't. Dr tan is out for a month and need a medical form filled out for child to go to camp but because she is not here I have to be charged an office visit . Isn't that why you have medical records for. They just saw my dr less than 6 months . This is ridiculous"

"I took my daughter here for 4 months when she was first born. I discontinued after my concerns were blown off. My daughter is starting school this year, and it’s come to my attention that not only did they not sign my copy of the shot record. They didn’t even keep their own records. They have her last visit down as being in February, however I even have pictures of my daughter in their office in April of that year, and a hospital visit shortly after. I’m very happy I trusted my instinct and stopped returning. I’m amazed they’re even still allowed to practice."

"I will say Dr. Ruth is awesome, but the office staff and clinic is terrible. They want a virtual visit for an infant. How does the child receive vaccinations? Nobody can answer you these important questions. Very dissatisfied with customer service, or any help in general from clinic staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place, my child is 4 months old and now I’m changing pediatrician. With the pandemic going on you’d think that they would be more sympathetic towards patients/parents. I know they are also going through this, but as a mom you can only take so much."

"First of all my appointment was at 2:40 I arrived at 2:20 had all the paperwork already filled out and my daughter still didn’t get called back until 3:05 and it’s 3:30 right now and we still haven’t seen our doctor. Don’t schedule appointments if you aren’t planning on seeing us for a whole hour later, we have other stuff to do and this really pisses me off.. get it together or every time I will leave a review. Hopefully this is the only time this happens but looks like I’m going to have to reschedule because we have to be somewhere else at 4:15 that’s why I made her appointment for this time frame, not knowing it would take them this long to see us."

"I don't ever see his pediatrician My son has been going since he was 6 months and I saw her once.. and he's 3 I used to love this place because of a nurse named robin who was truly a blessing but she left Ever since then.. I recieved some bad experiences with my sons care Recently in june They prescribed him a steriod instead of an antibiotic even though they said he would be on antibiotics and he got another uti a week after because of this mistake.. I understand people make mistakes.. but it affected my son and to see him in agonizing pain because someone failed to prescribe him the right medication broke my heart. All I had to offer him was hugs during his extreme discomfort and screams. It was so terrible. This was a traumatizing experience for my family and has jeopardized our trust in this facility. I'm giving it a 2 because of how quickly you can schedule an appt.. But please... verify with the pharmacy on the types of medications you are picking up for your child."
