"My fiancée and I recently were in the market to buy a home in San Antonio. We had been searching since January 2022 spoken to several realtors no one seemed to help us get into a home. Then we met Jennifer Oropeza she was so kind, easy to talkto, extremely knowledgeable... she made the process of buying a home so easy for us. We met her in September and within a month we were moving into our new home. She made us feel like if we were family to her. "These people are crooks and very unprofessional! We were renting a property and the AC went out. It was well over 90 degrees in our house for over 3 months. I filed Maintenance orders almost every day. Finally I stopped paying to get their attention and that’s when they started harassing me. They refused to fix the unit. I finally got ahold of the owner and he replaced the entire ac unit after complaining for 3 months. They then filed an eviction on me and I ended up moving out and buying my own house. Last year when I went to sell my house I had to pay off this judgement, my title company paid the judgement in full back in May and now today I find out that these low life’s are still reporting to my credit and have yet to release my judgement which can literally be done online!!! Get it together! I will be filing another BBB review and I will also be contacting the realtor board to see how these crooks can still have a realtor license."

"Please review the BBB complaint on this company as they have deleted my previous reviews and comments below are misleading. They tried to muscle me into staying in a contract until they could sell the house . As Mary points out I closed on a new house after providing military orders and had to get a JAG involved as she didn't want to honor them, therefore I had no motive to be upset as I was trying to get out my lease. I can provide emails and documentation showing her trying to settle on a side agreement until she could sell the house. Very unethical practices I truly hope she has learned and changed since then."

She is also quick with processing paper work and communicates well with us as well as the seller agent.
