"Wow !!! I am so satisfied with our manager Shasta . She has made a BIG CHANGE here at NeuRock !! I’ve been trying to get my kitchen light and breakfast nook light bulbs changed for about a year now. I brought it to her attention TODAY , and she had maintenance to come and change the light bulbs TODAY . I would’ve never renewed my lease if she wasn’t the manager here at NeuRock . Shasta takes her job very seriously and I pray we can keep her as a manager . Thank you for your hard work Shasta !! Nothing would be fixed if it wasn’t for you ! Shasta gets the job done ASAP as a manager . Whatever issue there is Shasta is always here for her tenants.. We are so blessed to have you as a manager !"

"Who ever manages this complex needs to be fired. They don’t Do anything to take care of vendors that are contracted to provide services for the complex. It’s frustrating to think that no one in that office cares enough to even reply to emails or calls to get situations resolved. It’s been almost two months since we last serviced them. And my team has yet to be paid out. Contract was supposed to be paid upon completion of service. Come to find out they changed management companies. No one informed us about this while we serviced the property. Now I have to try and become a vendor and possibly pay more money just to be paid"

"Thank God I didn’t move in!!! In July, I toured a unit and put a deposit down on it. (With a money order…in this day and age). Anyway, one month later, when I was set to move in, I was given the key to a different unit without anyone mentioning the change. (Isn’t the purpose of a deposit to hold the unit you want? ) I was told that the apartments changed management. Maybe a phone call would have been in order?!?! I declined to move into the smaller unit. The interim manager called me less than 20 minutes later to say they had another of the larger units I wanted. I didn’t answer because I was fed up with being passed around by all the people who had been involved in the month-long process. I believe I dodged a bullet and am very thankful. I went down the street to another community and moved in one week later."
