"Careful leasing here, hidden internet fee of $80 due with rent monthly. Also be careful they don't use physical keys on the doors... Just a touchpad, those can be hacked so easily. Buyer beware"
"It's funny, when people are happy they are less likely to write a review, it's only when people don't get their way, or didn't read the rules, or blame the staff for things out of the staff's control, then they disparage the whole business before cooling off and logically assessing the reality of the situation. I'm choosing to write a positive review and I would appreciate it if it wasn't followed up by more nastiness. I was in the office today when I had the best experience and could see for myself how the staff does genuinely seem to care. Perhaps if people had more humbling experiences then they would be less likely to tear down, or endanger the employment of others through negative or nasty remarks. I appreciate all that you do."
"I believe the state of apartment is Not in good shape, though I can see that staff works a lot but still there are so many Real requests put out by residents that management staff officially have mailed for 30 DAYS wait time :). The problem comes when the kind of money renters pay and service we receive, I'm here for 1 year and definitely will not renew the lease. Imagine if you have 2 BHK and in either of room light is not coming or bathroom is not usable due to any imaginable issue then that is NOT emergency as per circular, it's brutal mockery of money you are paying for maintenance. The amenities on paper looks lucrative but what good are they if you can't utilize them. Moreover the ever ending problem of roaches and Carpets bugs, even after getting Pest Control every week or 15 days still no respite, sometimes feel sorry for the ground staff which I see always on the road but still can't resolve the issues. My request is pending for 15 days but no respite :(. Edit: Even after deciding to not renew the lease but ultimately renewed because of ISD, I moved to another apartment in same community and here I can see although appliances are old (Very Old) but condition of current apartment is much better than my earlier apartment. Not much problems with roaches and service has also improved a lot. Seems community management is investing in reducing the turn around time to remediate the service request as well. I hope the trend will continue now. I strongly believe the apartment near community office side are better than the one at other side."
"Older property, friendly staff, overpriced, but fair in today's market. Always short on maintenance crew, grounds poorly kept. Over run with feral cats and racoons. Story goes they tried but blames residents for feeding animals and really has given up on doing anything about it. Cause is cats and racoons are feeding in the dumpsters which are overflowing at times. Corporate has no interest in fixing the problem."
"I am extremely disappointed with the apartment service provided by the management. From the very beginning, it was evident that they lacked care and attention. Prior to moving in, I was not allowed to tour the apartment, and the access key was only provided after signing the lease. This felt like a trap, as I discovered numerous issues upon entering the apartment on my move-in day. The condition of the apartment was appalling, with burnt carpet, a broken ceiling, and an overall lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, there were hairs left over in the cabinets and significant damage to the cabinet doors. When I approached the management about these issues and requested another apartment, they only had a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit available. While I signed lease for 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. However, they made me wait for an unreasonable amount of time, approximately 3 hours, before even acknowledging my request. Throughout this entire ordeal, I found it frustrating that I had to constantly wait for a response from the management regarding their mistakes. Additionally, they displayed a lack of respect when I pointed out the issues with the apartment. To add to my dissatisfaction, the air conditioning in my current 1-bedroom apartment has not been functioning for over 20 hours on a scorching summer day with temperatures reaching 105 degrees outside. When I attempted to follow up on my service request, the management failed to respond in a satisfactory manner. In hindsight, I deeply regret choosing this community as my place of residence. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against making the same mistake"
