"Had a 9am appointment - 9:45 rolls around I decide to go and ask what's taking so long - Lady up front said "he's more of a 9:30ish doctor". THEN why schedule me at 9am and he still is not here 45 minutes after my appointment. I miss Dr. Fikkert. She was everything I wanted in a pediatrician. Kind, loving, never rushed me, personally called with results and so much more. I will not be back with this doctor. Not just due to everyone on his time, but because he didn't even extend an apology for OUR time wasted waiting on him and he just didn't seem to put too much concern into my child and why we were there. Do not recommend - at all."
