"Guess what today is?!?! It's the day that I'm starting the lease renewal process for my "THIRD" lease with Austin Bluff apartments! I can't say enough about how much me and my sons love living here. It's been a blessing for me as a father providing a wholesome, peaceful, and affordable home coming out of a rough divorce. The office staff and maintenance staff are second to none, FOR REAL! They really treat you like they actually care about you and whatever may be going on as opposed to a financial assest occupying a unit on their property. Even with a change in the management company during my second lease the office staff all stayed in tact and the quality of service and life here as a tenant didn't miss a single beat. Hands down the best property and living experience I've ever had as a tenant. It WILL be yours as well."

"I lived in Austin Bluff apartments a few years ago and am just now getting around to writing a review. My wonderful memories of this apartment are still the same. Maria and Norma are WONDERFUL at their job, they were so helpful and kind, anytime I needed help with something no matter how small it was, they were ready to help and never made me feel like I was taking up their time! The main maintenance man, I can't remember his name, was so nice and always helpful. I had a few instances where I needed emergency maintenance in my unit and they arrived right away. One of the best places to live if you are renting or want a bigger apartment than what you usually get in the Dallas area. I was close enough to downtown but not right in the city with all the noise. I loved it. I am glad to read some of the other review that Maria and Norma are still there, they are wonderful. And I think Xavier was another office admin while I was living there and he was always so kind and helpful too. Thank you all for making my living experience great at Austin bluff, I will never forget all the help yall provided me when I was there. I wish I could have stayed longer to live but unfortunately I had to move because of life changes, other than that, I would have stayed longer. If you are looking for a place to live in Dallas, choose Austin Bluff!"

"Greetings future tenants, my wife and I have been a residents at Auston Bluff Apartments for about 4 years now, i can be honest and say that none one is perfect. I give Maria and Norma all credit to helping me and my wife with any unit issues. They were friendly, respectful and honest in all our business endeavors. Maintenance has been activity responsive to our unit needs and also friendly and welcoming. If you plan to live here you will not be disappointed compared to other resident competitors. Also when it comes to paying rent, Norma and Maria have been honest in helping us with saving money due to all the rent processing fees reducing them completely. if all else fails, try AUSTON BLUFF!"
