"I can attest to the fact that ever since Robert and his new team have come in things are significantly improving for the better. So much that I’ve renewed my lease. The attention to detail, the urgency of resolution, and the overall experience that’s being fostered for residence, makes me proud to be a tenant. No apartment complex will ever be perfect but the effort and dedication to residence is present and that means a lot. The team is very personable, helpful, and makes it easy to be a tenant. For once you can genuinely see the well-being and satisfaction of tenants is not falling on deaf ears."

"This community even not deserve a single star . Amenities and all the apartments are really good but the way the response and serve anyone is really bad they have 5 lines and if you call any of that no one will respond even you can sit trying calling them all day and then also they will not respond no call back no email response on time . Second I met all talk 3 person over there one is knowledgeable but again she is the only one staff available and she has to do so many things and she don’t get time to respond that’s not her mistake. Other then that 2 are manager one male and one female the are useless they have zero knowledge or they don’t have time to respond customer on time and the male manager don’t know the calculation and don’t have his own product knowledge. God help them I don’t know how they work and also I feel nobody is there to supervise them ."

"I took a tour here and the staff were very attentive. They were warm and welcoming, even got to tour with the Assistant Manager, Desiree. She took out time in her day to make sure that I was given the best tour possible. It was a great experience all together. They even give you snacks on the tour!"

"Do not and I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE. My packages are always stolen and when you report missing packages , the leasing office does NOTHING. There’s barely any parking and no cameras in the parking lot. The front gate has also been broken for months! The leasing office is never open during listed hours. The “car wash station” does not work. The walls are super thin here and you can hear four neighbors loud and clear. The list just goes on and on. DO NOT MOVE HERE. UPDATE: I stopped by and spoke to the property manager, Robert. My concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I look forward to seeing the results of the changes that are currently taking place."

"We enjoyed living at Presidium Hill Street! Phoenicia and her office staff were always friendly and responsive. The maintenance team was excellent. We lived there for 18 months and only had one issue with our electric key not working. It was after hours and in less than 20 minutes staff arrived to let us back in our apartment. The amenities are everything! The pool, dog park and dog wash room were always clean and inviting. We never had issues with parking because we had paid parking spaces. But when other residents had issues with parking the manager had additional parking spaces created. There were always events for the residents such as sip and paint or the food trucks that came on weekends. Staff and security do a great job of making sure that it’s quiet after hours. The location of the property was convenient to the highways."
