The police went to make their report and it turns out that the security cameras there are useless. They don't keep a history. THEY HAVE FAKE SECURITY ANNOUNCINGS."

"Ever since they switched to new owner, this apartment management are no help! Went to ask about parking because I needed a extra days of parking since my truck is in the shop! I have a rental car and it’s only permitted for 2 days! The “OFFICE LADIES” give you a paper to do it online! No duh, I know how to! But why bother do it online when it’s going to get declined because it’s not under my name! How ridiculous can it get! I rather speak to a wall because they are just getting paid to act stupid!"

"I have lived in these apartments for 2 years, at first everything was good, apparently they wanted to give a good impression, then every time we needed some maintenance nobody came, we asked several times for them to come and nobody showed up, then we had spills with the water from my washing machine and dirty water from my neighbor also flooded my apartment. We made several claims until they came to accommodate them since our contract was about to expire and they wanted to give us a good impression again, they made some super fatal repairs, only for us to sign the other contract again. My wife and I trusted them and we signed but now again we ask that necessary repairs be made and no one shows up, I pay for a washing machine service which costs $50 per month, and I have been unable to use them for 1 week, there are cockroaches, there are Humidity in my apartment, and well, now with new management, they don't do much either."

"I’m so disappointed in these apartments! After having pipes bursts in our apartment during the snow storm and the apartment manager Rosemary “forgetting” to submit our rental assistance app. We then encountered rats and a leak in one of our bathrooms. We could hear rats in the wall. They said they fixed the problem then three more rats were found! Our food was eaten through both in our cabinet and on top of our fridge then we were evicted for not paying rent due to the rodent problem not being taken care of. Now Tenants have explained to us during our move that the manager Rosemary is telling them our situation which is highly unprofessional. We have been looking for a new place for two weeks and Rosemary will not provide our rental history for us to be able to move into a nice place. This is a horrific experience with a five year old and I pray no one moves here."
