"This was our first apartment as soon as we moved in to a “upgraded unit” things didn’t go well cabinets started falling , garbage disposal wasn’t working we started noticing a weird smell coming out the dish washer (witch we never used) it was nasty water that was sitting there for weeks from the last owner we kept complaining until it was done a few weeks later. Maintenance is rude maybe not all but some our washer and dryer was delivered it took them almost a month to come install it once they came to install it it started leaking water, I told the maintenance before he left to fix it he said “no that’s my my problem call the company” witch later on started a leak that followed to the down stairs neighbor. After a few weeks later the cabinets keep falling off and we started having a water leak they keep telling us “is not that important we taking care of the important stuff first” which trigger me . We told them that if they don’t fix it we won’t pay rent is crazy how they want rent on time but can’t help us out when needed Ik we not the only ones."

"I have been staying at this complex for a month and I put in a maintenance request a few days after move in and has yet to see maintenance OR get an update! The dishwasher and garbage disposal hasn’t been working since BEFORE I moved in and they didn’t tell me. There is old water just sitting in the bottom of the dish washer as well as in the garbage disposal, which won’t even power on. I did not have pest issues before I moved here and there’s a hornet infestation outside as well as I’m having to deal with baby roaches (meaning there’s an infestation somewhere!) and I’ve NEVER had bugs! When I expressed my concerns to management, they always say “tomorrow” but never show up. I also had to hook up and install my own washer/dryer because maintenance never came to do it! There’s no help nor accountability. They want you to pay all these extra fees.. pest control & valet trash when it’s something you have to do yourself! They want their rent money on time but can’t take care of their business."

"This apartment complex is completely trash. Office staff is not competent & makes excuses. Maintenance does not ever fix anything. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments. Neighbors stole MULTIPLE packages & front office refused to hold on to large/expensive packages for a couple hours until I was able to pick up. Worst living experience EVER. Pest problems, drains not working, NO A/C, holes in ceilings, holes under sinks, balcony door would not close/lock, stairs shake, we were lied to about move in 3 times which cost us money having to find somewhere to stay & paying for a uhaul weeks longer than the 1 day we originally needed it. Was not properly cleaned when we moved in, there was toenails in the windowsill."
