"I must say I absolutely love these apartments. why I really love these apartments is because of the staff. The property manager Nidia is truly amazing and wonderful. She is extremely funny, caring and she will go above and beyond for her residence and will make you feel like you're apart of one big family. And she is easy to talk and get along a with. The neighborhood is quite and clean. There's nothing bad to say about these apartments in anyway. I really enjoy living here! Thank you for everything and you've done for me I appreciate all your hard work from the bottom of my heart my heart. Nidia thanks for working so hard and going above and beyond trying to get me in my apartment."

"I never got my deposit back. I never received bill statements but I was over charged for bills that I never received. It is infested with roaches. I had to pay a hundred dollars for one pest control Service. It was for nothing because There were lots of roaches all over the apartment. I paid a pet fee plus a deposit fee and the deposit fee was never returned. The manager said that they do not return pet deposit. They didn’t return my deposit either. I turn in a clean apartment but they stated that my deposit was used to pay bills that do not exist because the bill company does not have those bill statements. I have not seen those bills either."

"Submitted my application online and I was approved and contacted very quickly! Went in to give remaining necessary documents and have a set move in date! Olga was very helpful and friendly assuring she will choose the best unit to accommodate us. Can’t wait to move in! Thanks! :)"

"I'm currently in process of relocating from Charlotte NC to Arlington.. I can say my experience has been stressful. However, OLGA is THE BOMBBB!!! OF course moving is stressful, but relocating is even more stressful. Olga quickly suppressed my stress and understood that moving is stressful and wanted to make it as stress-free as possible. I can tell already, she goes above and beyond for her community. Thank you Olga for all that you've done and all that you continue to do..Another thing, TRASH at my last apt complex was $30 per month.. Trash at Oakwood, is $10 per month!!! The best place ever! Can't wait to move in! **Update: I've been at Oakwood for about 4 months now and I have to say, I still feel the same way I felt before I moved in.. Olga is still great!! I've only had a few minor issues, but nothing to keep anyone from living here.. I love that the rent is very reasonable and its very close to the Freeway.. We're kinda away from Game traffic that goes on due to the football and Baseball games. I would definitely recommend living here."

"I love this community!!! These apartments are beautiful and affordable!! Omfg I was driving by and almost missed them it's in a very exclusive and private location, very peaceful unlike apartments on them busy streets like Lamar or Divison .. I love this property because it's NOT EXTREMELY large!! Very intimate community!! Best part... if you have a concern you don't have to speak to several people to get one job done! Property manager is extraordinary I think his name is Sky..... (I am not the easiest person to deal) but Sky always listen and give me the BEST alternative .. I love these apartments ... obviously lol"
