"Unprofessional, disappointing, sorry excuse for a leasing office. I called over 30 times trying to reach someone in the office but to no avail. Im trying to cash my check and it needs to be verified by this dump of an apartment complex and nobody answers. This is ridiculous, a leasing office that doesn't answer the phone should be your first red flag and thats why Im glad I backed out of signing my lease with these people. Do not move here!!!"
"It takes my breath away - These Townhomes are gorgeous!! The property grounds is very well kept, with beautiful flowers and shrubs makes me feel right at home! Pool and an additional Gazebo area to enjoy cool summer starry nights!"
"I applied for a 2 bedroom here, and after basically jumping through hoops with the application process. They told me that they made a mistake and were putting me in 1 bedroom .....I declined. They are very unprofessional and lack the managerial or comprehensive skills to even run this place. Definitely dodge the bullet with this one."
"First of all- rent is over over priced. When I moved in it was low, but my renewal offer came around with a 19% increase. With absolutely no improvements done within the home or on property, but instead maintenance issue after maintenance issue. Candace was the absolute worst manager I have ever come across in any business situation- ever. She was unhelpful when it came to resolving maintenance issues at times, but mostly the lack of reimbursement for bills that shoot sky high due to slow response and remedy for maintenance repairs. The property only has 2 maintenance on staff that also look over other properties- some as far as Duncanville. Also, they have switched rental payment systems recently, and due to an error with the first round of payments on this system- I was charged a late fee when it was the first time in fourteen months I had been late. Just overall not good management. The property is outdated but I really like my unit. Neighbors are great. Nice and quiet. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up unless the new property manager turns things around a bit. Or is at least more available."
"Rent IS cheaper here and you get what you pay for. Their only policy on smoking is "no *excessive* smoking" - smoke from neighbors comes right through the walls. Office can be difficult to get ahold of. Work crews they hired used my unit's electricty & never reimbursed me for it. If office or maintenance enters your apartment while you're gone, they ALWAYS leave lights on. You will be charged a cleaning fee of $120 @ move out, even if you clean yourself, which directly contradicts the lease wording. A huge highlight is the current manager, Candace. She is fantastic & has gone the extra mile multiple times to help us through tough situations and has been beyond gracious to us when we struggled financially. Kirby Creek preserve across the street is another major bonus; it's almost always empty and is the perfect place to take your dogs for a run on ascres of gorgeous, well-kept property."
