Very peaceful and quiet and the property management team care about their tenant’s concerns. "I moved to “Gateway Park Apartments” in February of this year. And I must say that it was one of the best decisions I made this year. I needed an environmental change for my children and I and Gateway Park did it for me. All of the Gateway Park staff members are wonderful, accommodating, friendly, respectful, skillful, and professional. But, I would personally like to recognize and thank “Alexus Palomo”. Alexus is phenomenal at her job; she was also very dedicated, consistent, diligent, motivated, dependable, and very efficient through my move in process. The whole application process for me went extremely fast and smoothly. Alexus got my leasing application processed, approved, and I was moving in not even a week later. The overall property at Gateway Park is very very clean, well kept, quiet, and peaceful. Our property is safe and secured by metal gates, with 3 security access control methods. The maintenance staff answers all my work order requests in a timely manner even on the same day, and they are good at what they do. I love the fact that my 3 bedroom apartment is big, nice, and spacious. I receive so many complaints from my family and friends. All the apartments come with a nice spacious patio area (where I spend a lot of my time enjoying nature), and a nice size storage room. The amenities that Gateway Park offers to their residents are wonderful. We have a clean pool that is cleaned daily, a clean pool area, clean gym (which is my fav), and a cute clean playground area for the children. I also love the fact that we have a trash compactor, versus several trash dumpsters throughout the apartments that minimizes the flies' insects. The Gateway Park staff communicates with all of their tenants daily via text messages and emails, to keep us updated on real time property information. I read some other tenants' reviews regarding concerns with finding a parking spot. But I have yet to encounter that situation. My neighbors in my building are very friendly, and I assume they are clean like me, because I haven’t seen a roach nor any other pests like that inside or outside of my apartment. Lastly, I would like to recognize the dedicated resident that is highly admired and adored by me for promoting “Youth Development”. This resident takes a load off of the parents just by providing hot balanced meals everyday and fun filled activities for not only the Gateway Park children, but adults as well. Sorry so long but, you must give props where props are due. Thank you Gateway Park Apartments, for what you do and what you will do!!!!!"
"They are very reasonable. management is cordial but to the point when it come to monies owed for whatever reason. I will say if a secure gated community with 24 hr access to laundry facility & gym is a selling point for you, you may want to reconsider. The gate to get in is often broken so people can just come and go as one pleases & the gate card to get in also controls the workout room and the laundry facility so whenever the gate card does not work, then you are not able to access these amenities after the front office closes. Other than that I would definitely recommend this pro"
