"The ladies in the front office really work with their residents. Before moving here I didn’t rent for over 2 years and they were able to get me in within 48 hrs. I’ve been here for 4 months and every issue I’ve had has been taken care of immediately by the awesome maintenance team, and always with a smile. Only bad thing is seeing neighbors trash outside because of valet trash. It’s a personal preference for me but it’s not really a big concern. The location is great too you can hop on hwy 20 or 30 in minutes and not have to fight through a lot of traffic as you can also access the through streets from anywhere and beat traffic."

"I just moved in this past weekend and so far so good. I’ve had some minor issues but the office staff and maintenance have been very responsive and nice. I love how clean and quiet the community is. It’s well lit and the grounds are kept really nice. I can see myself here for the next few years until I purchase my first home. Please keep up the great job!!!"
