"No prior evictions or broken leases yet I was denied. Impossible to get ahold of management. Had to go in person and Told I can still rent if get a cosigner that makes 6× the rent. Thought about it but its too much hassle for a slum"

"Management is terrible they never answer the phone. No matter how clean you are there are RATS, ROACHES, and ANTS. There is a large field next to the complex that breeds unlimited mice so in the winter expect to see them. There is poor air circulation. If you have an upstairs it will be hot during the summer and cold during the winter. The trash doesn’t run some days so people pile trash bags outside their door. The dumpsters stay overflowing. You will need new tires or to put air in your tires often because of all the pot holes in the ground. I have a leak in my ceiling when it rains it comes through the wall. The staff and the maintenance are rude and lazy. They mark work orders as done even though they haven’t even seen the problem. I could go on and on please heed the warnings in this review as well as the others they are not lying and I wish I would’ve listened when I read them."

"I hate to leave negative reviews I think this complex has nice apartments and I understand that is under reconstruction however I think that they tell you one thing and they do something different I think that is very unorganized when it comes to the office management they have nine office members in the office in the computer with access to look at people personal information the construction team answers the phone again it is just very unorganized and I don't think that they take the time out to answer the phones on purpose or to respond to people email requests . I would just like to have someone answer me and let me know how they will be refunding my admin fee back to me. I really think I dodged a bullet with this apartment complex and for that I'm grateful"

"Save your time and money and don't rent here. Yes they are under new management but they are no better than the last one. No one ever answers the phone and they respond to emails days later. You pay for a locker fee that doesn't work, trash pickup and the trash people pick and choose when they want to pick up the bags again these are fees that are included and can't opt out of. I can't wait for my lease to be up. This has been by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I've had mold under my sink since the day I moved in 12/22 and even with the "new" assistant manager Monica knowing this it's something that has yet to be fixed. Fixing the outside of a complex doesn't make a place better when the Staff does not care at all about real issues let alone their tenants"

"THE WORST MANAGEMENT. I reported a leaking ceiling 3x nothing was done eventually my ceiling collapsed in my living room. I still was forced to pay to break my lease. Car was towed even though I registered it on the website and only got a partial discount on towing fee... not to Mention the apartment I applied for was approved for was not ready on move in date. Instead they moved me into a two bedroom and raised my rent gradually until i was paying 1500 instead of the 1200 I applied for. Save yourself the trouble please find another apartment"
