"If I could give less than 1 star I would. Reading the reviews on Google we were keen on living there as we wanted to live near downtown. Our experience was horrible. To begin with, they gave us a unit that we did not see before signing our lease. With the first rain we started seeing ponds of water inside the house. The second time it rained we found ourselves in a lake. For 6 hours we were trying to remove the water. It was night and noone from the emergency contact was answering. To make the long story short, we realized that they had given us a lease that did not include the flooding disclosure which they are obliged to give as per Texas law. They were aware that this partivular unit had been flooded before (we got this info from the neighbours who have been living there for years and from the previous tenant). Luckily we managed to get out of there and rented a proper house. The house was flooding from the two entry doors ans from the walls!! We had never seen this! When the house was flooded, they brought big fans to dry the unit for 1 week and not only we went through all the headache and noise and trauma but they did not even bother to pay the electricity bill for the days that the fans and dehumidifier run 24/7. On top of all this unbelievable mess, they never gave us the security deposit back. We are considering following up with our lawyer. All in all, the people working in the office are completely indiferent and sometimes arrogant. It is like talking to the wall. Except of the flooding we had other majow issues with the unit such as a huge cockroach infestation, broken dryer, leakage in the kitchen which were never fixed, even after calling them almost everyday for 3 months. We heard lies after lies about a new dryer that we were supposed to get from the first week of moving there and we never got it. Calling this place a complete DISGRACE is an understatement. Keep AWAY."

They are very patient and efficient. I feel right at home. I look forward to many years residing here and the bonus is my apartment is beyond wonderful thanks again Jennings Place !"

"So far, Jennings Place has been a wonderful place to live. The outside & inside of my unit has the look & set up of a one bedroom home. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer are included. It is surprisingly & relatively quiet being so close to Downtown & the train tracks. The neighborhood is great & ladies in the office are super sweet. The maintenance crew is AWESOME. Any work orders I have submitted have been completed within 24 hours. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely recommend!"
