"Today, when attempting to schedule an appointment, I called the front desk only to be informed that they were unable to verify insurance details. Surprisingly, I was instructed to contact my insurance provider independently for verification before booking with them. It seems illogical that a healthcare facility would have information on the types of insurance they accept. The front desk staff was impolite and explained they couldn't assist because they lacked access to any system or login to look up information. In conclusion, this establishment doesn't seem worth investing your time or money in."

"My 7 year old daughter fractured her elbow Trick or Treating and Dr Capelo fit us in ASAP. After a recheck, she ended up needing pins to hold everything in place. He was SO GOOD with her and managing her anxiety. He even went out of his way to make her cast glittery after surgery as a surprise for when she woke up, which meant a lot to both of us! He and his staff did a great job explaining things to us and making sure my daughter was comfortable for pin removal, cast removal and everything along the way. She has since healed and has had no problems playing basketball, cheering/tumbling, and all the other activities she's involved in!!"

"The PA came in and gave us their recommendation first. Dr. Capelo came in after and said pretty much the same thing. Very detailed, and since this was a second opinion, we felt they gave better advice than the first doctor. The staff is wonderful! The assistant who applied my son’s cast was excellent. The only downside is the wait time was very long. I believe this is because they are spending lots of time with their patients and it can go over. I would rather have them do that than skimp on treatment/explanation. Just go in planning on a bit of a wait."
