"Place is nasty.. roach infested, trash always pilled up, some neighbors are disgusting leaving trash everywhere. I’ve been through two different management within a year.. I WAS OUT no type of enjoyment there. Overall this placed need to be gone, renovations shouldn’t even be a thought Smh place is DONE they’re old can’t save them."

"*Zero stars* I lived here for a year and a half let me just say it was be far the worst living experience I ever had. I mean if you want to live in a roach motel look no further to these apartments. From Day 1 we had to fight off roaches of all sizes at this apartment complex. It was a literal nightmare! On top of it all upon moving we charged a ridiculous fee cleaning fee. The apartment left was in a very cleanly state , so for us to be charged for cleaning fee and to not get our deposit back, and that we owe a little over then what our deposit should’ve covered was complete thievery at that point. I literally have video and pictures coverage to prove how it was left! They did this because no one from management aka the front office wanted to do a walk-through when we were moving out just so they could lie! But what do you I expect from such apparent complex. Also management there to is completely and rude lack understanding for the issues that the tenants have to face living in such apartments complex! Grateful to no longer live there! To anyone looking to live here please beware and don’t this place should be shut down."

"unfortunately the photos on the internet show one thing but the reality is another. I live here with my husband of 3 years and everything is very dilapidated and poorly maintained. there is not good maintenance and the facilities are in poor condition. When we moved here everything was beautiful, clean and well cared for, but now everything is the opposite, the ugly gym, the pool is not what it used to be and the corridors of the apartments are horrible and dirty. I am a person who keeps our apartment very clean but I am so embarrassed to bring guests and have them pass through these horrible corridors. Destino is not what it was before but I assure you that they do not provide maintenance but if you are one day late in paying your rent they are very useful threatening in writing to get you out of the apartment. We are very disappointed and will definitely look elsewhere when our contract is up."

"Absolutely hated this apartment since the month I moved it. I’m so happy my lease finally ended today! Two words: ROACH INFESTED The manager sends “pest control” which is just some made in the backyard concoction that doesn’t work. I’ve never had roaches before and I started seeing them there literally my 3rd day in the apartment. There’s no parking! The apartment manager Rosa Thompson is extremely rude and sarcastic. She lacks compassion. The needed to do work in my apartment for an entire week for something that had nothing to do with me. Used my electricity that I was paying for for 7 days then threatened me with a lease violation because I asked to be compensated smh. I have emails to prove everything. The pool that we’re paying for was always filthy and usually closed. The weight room has like 4 machines. It’s just a mess. 0/10 definitely would not recommend!!!! Awful experience!!! I did however love the other rep Barbara. She was always sweet and helpful!"

"Update 12/13/19 Still no resolution on the water billing situation that I have a six month old email chain going on about so it's not like management doesn't know. Had our refrigerator replaced with one that had roaches! So now we're combating a roach problem with boric acid and roach traps. The replacement refrigerator came with a broken ice maker and leaks water, still better than roaches but our email and work order for a new fridge has been ignored for almost a week now. I've pretty much had it with this place. The property and most of the staff actually isn't bad, the issue is the high turnover of management and the almost complete indifference towards residents by Catalyst which is the management company. We've been routinely getting water bills in the $300 range and even had one record breaker at $700. In three years there's been no resolution to this issue. Catalyst will only credit partial amounts of this bill that's clearly erroneous but were still in the position to where we pay more for water each month than we do for electricity. I could go on about more like how their painters got paint on my car and tried to lie about but I had dashcam footage to show otherwise. This is not a way to treat your tenants and not a way to treat veterans."
