"They are lazy all the staff and all the maintenance I have been been told since January 16 they will service my apartment I have a huge hole smells like mold my dryer is out my toilet continuously runs, they do not care about their tenants. I have a roach infestation that I’ve told them about since day 1. They never answer phones or respond back to anything. Yet I’m paying over 2000 for the slums, being charged for trash concierge and they never come. From the service of the poor quality lying staff to the filthy apartment it’s pure TRASH"
"I did an application before new years. It’s currently the end of January and I’ve heard nothing from them. I went to the complex twice because no one answers the phones. Both times I went up to the property, I was told I’d get a phone call…The phone call never came. The second visit I had, one of the property managers was crying saying how she wasn’t being respected…Truly sorry you hate your job but am I approved or not? Looking at the reviews here I change my mind and I am approved elsewhere"
"BEWARE of application pricing compared to lease pricing. I was verbally quoted a price on a " newly renovated" unit and applied same day with the application reflecting the same pricing. Once I received my lease only a few days later my base rate was more. If I would have proceeded, they would have ended up getting $1,118 more over my leasing term. After opting in for a refund I then had to continue to follow up to receive my money back. Always be mindful and make sure you have a paper trail!"
"This is probably the worst apartments in the world!!! I have had nothing but problems since I applied and moved in. First they will tour you and show you a demo apartment that looks amazing. Rayna showed me a demo that I fell in love with, and assured me that my unit would look like what I was showed with new silver appliances instead of black. MOVE IN DAY!!! 1. My apartment was not ready and it was nothing like what they promised me the apartment had holes everywhere foundation was terrible and no new appliances!! Then they wanted to make me pay for the appliance upgrade and renovations for that apartment! That now has been renovated. They then pushed my move in date so at this point I’m homeless had to move to another apartment that was not cleaned when I was told it was move in ready there are stains all over the floor multiple broken things and still hasn’t been fixed. Then I signed a least that was 1374 and signed paperwork saying that my total every month will be around 15 something. Before rent was even due my rent was 400$ more then what the agreement was!! They will do nothing but add on fees ignore maintenance request. If you move into these apartments you might want to lawyer up because they will scam you!!! It I could give negative 10 stars I would. UPDATE: I’ve also put in multiple maintenance request and they will mark it as complete but they don’t even show up to the apartment I have a ring door bell camera I put a request in and they say they showed up while I was at home and the camera shows nothing and nobody coming to my door 11/15/23 these apartments are not good"
"This is the worst rental experience I've ever had. For starters, the property is absolutely filthy and the units are disgusting. Don't be catfished by the model unit. The rest of them are not like that. There is trash strewn everywhere around the property and neither residents nor the maintenance staff bother to pick it up. Trash left outside the doors is not picked up consistenly despite paying a valet trash fee every month. Tenants move out and leave their belongings all over the staircase, hallways, and parking lot and it stays there for weeks stinking. There is so much carelessness in the maintenance of both the property and the units. The unit we moved into had not been properly cleaned before maintenance did touch ups, so there was hair, fingernail clippings, and all other kinds of dirt and debris from former tenants that was just painted over in the drawers and on the windowsills, etc. There were still bodily fuilds on the toilets and dust bunnies in all the crevices of the apartment. It was an absolutely disgusting place to move into. A lot of the wall plugs were also painted over making them unusable. There were roaches everywhere no matter what we did to treat them because of the filth that the rest of the complex was kept in. The units are so badly insulated that you can hear it every time your upstairs or downstairs neighbor breathes. If you are thinking about moving in here, expect to be woken up at least once a night, every night. The complex is also not secure or safe. There are homeless people wandering through the property constantly. They even started closing some of the gates to make them exit only and said that they were handing out clickers to residents, but never did. Instead, they just closed a couple of the gates for show (and to make it harder on the residents who park there) while leaving the front gate and the pedestrian gate wide open, so anyone could wander in whenever they wanted to. I have seen homeless men drop their pants and flash children in this apartment complex. This property has a real security issue. We have also had multiple packages stolen off our doorstep and had a former resident break into our mailbox, tear up our mail, and replace our names in the mailroom with hers. Obviously, her key was not taken from her upon move out. I wouldn't be surprised if the apartments themselves lack the same security. The staff is very nice, but they seem constantly overwhelmed. The office phones are almost never answered. Maintenance requests weren't ever fulfilled in a timely fashion. Most requests were dismissed and deleted without being fixed or an explanation as to why they weren't fixed. We still had a leaking pipe and a broken dishwasher at the time of move out because it never got fixed by maintenance. Staff would often report that something was "fixed," but it would still be broken. I wonder if it was ever even looked at. A couple times, we were told that something couldn't be fixed because of the dog in the house, though I ALWAYS made a note on the work order that we had an animal and I would be happy to lock it in the back bedroom so it wouldn't bother the repairman, if they only let us know someone was coming ahead of time. Of course, to let the resident know ahead of time that someone was entering would be too easy. Instead, they would just drop the requests and act like they were never made. There is also a water shut off every week. No, I am not exaggerating. Every week. Thankfully, our lease is up and have moved out from this horrible apartment, but the headache still isn't over because we had an issue with our final move out statement and the staff won't answer our emails or phone calls despite multiple attempts. Their lack of communication and accountability is totally unprofessional and burdensome to the resident(s). They will probably respond to this review saying to give them a call to resolve the issues, but they have been completely unresponsive to such calls or other attempts at communication so far. Do yourself a favor and avoid this apartment complex at all costs."
