The Seasons at Green Oaks Apartments 2175 North Highway 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75050

"My experiences: Sweet & Sour... The apartments overall are good. A great location & cozy home feel. We stayed here years ago and noticed the different upgrades in the apartments. The color walls/doors and the color carpet. We came back as they were affordable and available at the time we left our previous apartments due to sky rocket increase in rent. We worked with Elizabeth moving in and she was phenomenal!! Communication was on point and she was consitent! We even reveived text message updates from her during the process and that was neat. Not once did I feel like she was getting over on us. The tour and all was great. I love the app that we have for maintained requests and how it gives you the status of your request and all the other features. We have a gate access app which is nice as well. I was told that after 8pm the back Gate does not open, which made sense, for safety, However I was still able to open it with My app one night when I forgot I was told that. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth, someone stole our bike from off our patio, not even a month after we moved in, in October. Our living room light was on and they were still bold at midnight. That caused us to not trust putting anything on the patio again. It hurt because even years ago I remember breakins around building 1 with a few residents. So flashbacks. We didn't want to hold the past against them but here were again. And it's unfortunate because I would love to have some nice things on my patio. I will say Erin, the manager was soooo helpful. She did what she could, offered me options to try to feel safe. She gave me the police info as well. It sucks because someone in these apartments is a theif and we will never know who. Hopefully, whoever it is, moves out and nobody else can be a victim. And we don't have anymore of that kind of energy around here. We never had to lock up things on the patio, so we had a high trust with this new location. However, I appreciate Erin for being so kind. She offered for us to leave or shorten the lease and even switching buildings. She gave us ring light options as well. While the ring light option is cool, it does raise an eyebrow because nobody should have to live like that. I see one of my neighbors with one. Not sure if releated reasons though. But we moved past that and I thank Erin for her empathy and long conversation on hearing my side. We stayed and just hoped for the best and as she stated, it's not right but they needed it more. It was a free bike from work, so it is what it is. It wasn't the apartments fault, they just happen to have someone here with bad energy, we can't help that sometimes. But thanks again Erin! ❤️ We had a bad ant problem at first but maintenence and pest control knocked that out and even showed us the root of the problem!! The Maintenence team is so sweet!! Anytime we had an issue, they were there to fix and even Inform us of the issue. They are always on the go on the property lol, I see them moving everywhere but they always get the job done. That team gets 10 stars!!!! Landscaping team is a 10 also!!! Solicitors are heavy here. We are constantly getting hit with cable people, phone people,church people. I have never saw that in apartments. I'm not rude to either of them but I would also love to not be bothered with trying to be sold something all the time lol. I love the text blasts they send out with updates and events. Very neat!! They have alot of events. Breakfasts, movie nights, wine nights and more. The apartments are quiet & are affordable. Even the rent increase was affordable!!! We decided to stay another year as it was a better choice financially and the place isn't just downright horrible. Besides the bike, no issues. The upgrades options upon renewal was nice as well. They do their best to keep the property clean and maintained and hold residents accountable for it. Also, the Resident Care team by The Nelson's, omg, PHENOMENAL! Always providing snack gifts & hosting events. I love it! I still recommend The Seasons At Green Oaks! ❤️"

"We have lived here since 2017 and we love it! We have a 3 room apartment for an affordable price, the neighbors are nice, and the maintenance team is the best! My only complaint is about the new towing policy. After having lived here five years with no parking problems, it was quite jarring to have our brand new car get towed at 2 AM with no warning despite the fact that there were 20+ empty spaces right next to ours. (I do acknowledge that we violated policy because we forgot to register our new car; it just seems like a petty policy.) Visitors also have to register every time they come, and that's only good for 24 hours. The visitor parking spots are not conveniently placed, nor are there enough of them. That said, overall we have enjoyed our time here very much."

"I set an appointment online about 3-4 weeks ago, the next day I got off early and decided to stop by. I was able to view a one bedroom and really liked it. The next day I went in to fill out the application and Andrea was there. That was a pleasant surprise as Andrea was my leasing agent at my previous complex. She was awesome then and seems to be just as awesome now. I am not set to move in until mid Aug but she has been in constant contact with me to make sure that the move in will be smooth. I am looking forward to my stay at The Seasons at Green Oaks. Would've given 5 stars but I haven't moved in yet. LoL Thanks Andrea and Staff"

"Edit: ok so I’ve lived here for 3 months so I decided to update my review! Maintenance team is above and beyond. They rock! My one issue with the complex so far is that the dryers don’t work. I’ve called the office and I’ve called maintenance. The office basically told me to call the off site company (which I did) or get my own dryer. Having a washer and dryer accessible in the community was a selling point for me and the fact that I have to hang my wet clothes all over my apartment while the office avoids responsibility with the dryers is not my favorite. Still a great complex but don’t let the promise of a working washroom away ya ;) When moving to Dallas Fort Worth area I spent weeks looking at apartment ideas. When I got into town I toured at LEAST 20 complexes. I immediately fell in love with Seasons of Green oaks. The location is incredible, close to everything but still a country feel. The floor plans are generous for the price. Best deal I could find for sure. Andrea was my helper from the tour, through move in and for my every need. The move in process was easy and they walked me through every step. The apartment was in great condition and I’ve loved every minute. The complex has great tools such as opening the gate from your phone. Andrea and the office staff are easily accessible for my every need. I’m so grateful I found this complex! I trusted the positive reviews and they’ve proved to be accurate. Highly recommend this complex. Thank you Andrea and team!"
