He has a big job to do here but between him and Raul and his assistant they are a great team and are showing improvement all the time."

"Don't apply for an apartment here. They will lie to your face and scam you out of money. They will also hang up on you when you try to call them. They will also falsify Information on your application (ie putting in your social security number) Saying things that are your credit report and when you double check that information and it comes out as false. They want only people that have prefect credit and rental history. I feel like that I got scammed ."

"Never ending roach problems, spider problems hot water gets turned off every month maintenance never fixes anything the only way the maintenance fixes anything is with duck tape i had a broken window in my bathroom since the last winter storm we had. It’s not worth $1470 a month here and you’ll regret that you even look at this place are you thought about living here? I can’t wait for my lease to be up."
