"This place has a horrible drug issue! People will sit in their cars and sell drugs right in front of our apartments!! I won't even let my seven-year-old play outside. The cops are always there for something, the recycling bin is away full and overflowing into the parking area. Management never cleans the hallways. You pay higher rent thinking that the gated community will mean it's safer, but the gates are always open! Even when they are closed, people simply push them open and walk inside. I do not recommend living here."

"This is one of the best apartment communities we've lived in. For such a good price you still get great upgrades like granite counter tops and wood laminate, and the pool area has all new furniture and looks great. The new manager, staff, and maintenance are awesome too. If you ever need anything, they are always happy to get it taken care of:)"

"We have lived here for almost a year and we love it. The maintenance and office staff have always been very courteous and responsive to our needs. Anytime we've needed anything fixed it has been taken care of immediately. The apartments themselves are super nice. Compared to other apartments where you would have to pay a lot more, they are more roomy, and upgrades like marble counter tops and wood laminate look so nice:) I would definitely recommend living here to anyone I knew."

"Avoid Westmount (formerly Alta Vista Ridge) and you'll avoid drama. Don't waste time and money here. This used to be a decent apartment, but the new management is beyond incompetent. The new management proved over and over that they are unorganized, unaccountable, and don't know how to read. They don't document some packages they receive, they will blame you when they lose your rent check, they will alter writing on your check, they will take your rent money and give it to someone else and then turn around to evict you. They keep blaming their new computer system that they've had for several months now. Recently the rent deposit box on the side got broken into and rent checks got stolen too."

"Don't move here! The management is full of greedy, money hungry individuals who love nothing more than to come up with stupid, useless codes in order to then write up "violations" for tenants. Each honest mistake you make then comes with a hefty fine of $25 or more, on top of your already high rental fee. The apartments are sub-par, not worth the price for such a lack luster area. Save your money and go somewhere else where the aim is to create a great environment for renters, NOT find each and every way to make a buck."
