"The Retreat at Eastchase has been a long-standing townhomes community. I know it’s listed as apartment living but actuality it looks more like a subdivision when passing Through the Community property layout. It is very much so a vintage layout, and with the demographics of things that has happened in the past years it does require some loving care, but now heading forward with getting a grab on stable Management now, (Ms.Briana) working through and implementing NEW ideals which is something multiple Properties-Business are going through today in America (Post COVID) much patience is required. We all have felt the string!! I gave a five star rating based on the pass, and the present looking forward to the future! Been here for a very long time like most of the residents these are townhomes NOT apartments. It’s a place that you’re wanting come and stay put! the ground layout phenomenal the size of the units outstanding per square feet. Again, very much like a home house setting! And upgrades like any vintage unit is required. If you own a house, & looking to break away from the ownership of a house! this is the closest thing you’re going get to call (Home) this not a party community!!! it’s townhome’s, a pleasant quiet atmosphere, and the Management staff some have come and other outstanding Management gone have fought to keep this community What it is a place where you can have PEACE. To add some humor this is NOT the remake of house-party 1234. This is a relaxed atmosphere. So, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is NOT the place for you!!! Drive-through day and night that would be my suggestion and don’t forget to stop by the office. Briana is really personable, business, outstanding it is all about going by the policies and rules to KEEP this community to stay put heading into the future PLEASANT!!again we’ve had some great ones. "Staying here now and it's horrible. The floor creaks all throughout the upstairs. Paint starting to chip in both tubs that was repainted. Biggest one now is roaches. Yes freaking ROACHES!!!! I killed 3 in one day. They are not spraying these townhomes and whoever they are under contract with exterminating needs to stop because they are not doing anything but making money off of them just like the lawn crew. But thats a whole another story. We had ants in the summer and now BIG roaches. The guy came and sprayed the outside and not in the inside past summer. I blinked and he was gone without spraying the inside. This place cost too much money for what we are experiencing. I can keep going on and on about mold from a leaky toilet that was never cleaned or other things. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere."
"I have had renters insurance since I lived there. They keep adding their insurance of $13.50, to my rent. I have called them filled out everything they sent and they still have not taken this off my rent. I have went into the office and taken them proof and was told to send it to the Manager's email and I did that. It is still on my rent. I paid my rent. I don't like the fact they are forcing the residents to get cable with Spectrum. I don't want cable and I don't appreciate them thinking they can just spend my money without me having a say so. You don't have to hunt me down for my rent because it is always paid on time. It is bad a nuff that I pay money for pest control and no one ever come to spray outside or in. Now you are trying to force people to pay fir cable and you are adding it to our rent. I am not happy with this place and will be moving when my lease is up."
"I've requested the original off white touch up paint for 2 years now. There was a leak in my living ceiling. It was repaired after two attempts, but the water leak discoloration is still quite noticeable. I offered to do the touch up myself. I just need some of the original paint. I'm still waiting. I've been here 12 years and love the residence and have no intention of leaving this, my home."
"I have lived at this property for over 15 years, so I have seen it all. It has at times been a fabulous community to live. It’s small and for the most part friendly and peaceful. However the last few management companies have let the property dilapidate. The trees have died in droves as well as numerous areas of bare patches of dead grass. Another area of concern is the lack of safety due to often inoperable gates and 13 of the community street lamps are out. The last property owners had put blue tape on lights that were out, I guess to mark the ones that needed replacing, however never replaced them. Individual unit garage safety lamps are out as well. As new property owners I’m sure these discrepancies were noticed before purchasing the property. Hopefully management has every intention of correcting this. This brings me to my work order. The order was promptly corrected but had to be replaced with mismatched lamps. The new one is now nice and hopefully the whole property will have matching working ones soon. As well as matching working street lamps as well. I am including photos of some of the things I have discussed. Thank you for your time and consideration."
