"Kudos – To Dr. Wiesman and her WONDERFUL team at the Arlington and Dallas locations (Meggan F, Brandi F.). As, we have visited both locations they have never wavered in their excellent and awesome bedside manner and in the treatment of our little lady. Thank you, ladies, for showing such love, care and compassion for the littlest of patients. I love the way everyone listens to your patients and how you explain in details to the parents’ what’s going and what to expect during and after treatment. So, parents throughout the DFW Metroplex if you are ever in need of a Pediatric Orthopedics & Spine Specialist look no further. I can’t speak for everyone but our experiences have always been A1 from the time we call to make an appointment until the end of our visit. I wish I could name them all. But here are a few from our most recent visit to the Arlington location: Christina (phone), Celeste (MA), Brittany (Front Arlington) and Nassielli (EX). Many Blessings FYI...We love this pratice so much we have driven from DeSoto to Dallas (Forest Lane location) arrivig with a SMILE on our face because we know the drive is well worth it for our Princess."

"We have had 2 scheduled appointments but unfortunately we have been unable to actually have an appointment. Whomever they use to take care of their appointment management is unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients time. We had an appointment on Friday and on our way we called to let them know we couldn't utilize their online portal and were told the office was closed b/c it was flooded. I had already hired a babysitter, driven to my child's school and signed him out and was driving. I rescheduled for Monday and again, I hired a babysitter, took my son out of school when he was learning something pivotal for his end of year exams, arrived at the location to find they were closed again. They said they called me and left a voicemail but they did not have my correct phone #. At no point was my phone # verified by them when it was written down. They also have my email on file and I was not notified by email. If you make an appointment, I strongly urge you to call them in advance to verify they are indeed open and seeing patients. Don't waste your time and gas to find out they are closed. It's unfortunate that they have this kind of service. My time is just as valuable as the Doctors. Getting a babysitter twice, taking my son out of school twice to not even see the Doctor. I have requested to be contacted by the Doctor to express my concerns for the services they use to interface with clients. Horrible experience."
