"This place is a awful place to live! ROACH infested, squatters, and trash everywhere. They painted over everything and they don’t fix anything. I stayed there a year and they had 3 managers and 4 different maintenance teams they all were horrible. One of the managers went to jail for stealing deposits and embezzlement. The second manager was stealing residents property and rent relief checks. They never fixed anything. I had to send them a certified letter for them to fix a leak after six months of begging and it was still leaking. My son saw a policeman kill someone for holding a knife to his girlfriends neck. They clearly have fake reviews because ain’t no way ppl are giving them more than 1 star. Also I never got my $300 deposit back I didn’t even question it I was just happy to be out of that awful place. DON’T RENT HERE!!"

"When I moved in a year ago things were mostly peaceful. In the past three months, there has been an uptick of trashy people moving in. I swear the first question they put on newer applications is "are you a crackhead?" and those who answer yes get moved to the top of the list. They don't vet prospective residents well at all. As rude as Miriam was the first day i came to inquire about renting, you'd think she'd be more picky. I've had items stolen off my porch more than once. They keep letting crackheads move in and they invite all of their grifting, reprehensible miscreants of friends over to disturb residents. The knowledgeable and kind maintenance men have been replaced with a person who lies about making repairs. If you have other options, keep looking."

"I just moved into my apt. I absolutely love it. My family loves it too. I love the Manager Marian. She was so nice and knew exactly what I needed. Im 70 years old. Though my apartment is on the second floor it was about location, location, location. Im right next to garbage dumpster and the mailbox. Being on oxygen I cant walk far distances without having complications. Marian is so detail oriented, and knowledgeable. She made my move very smooth and had patience with all my many questions. Thank you Marian for everything. You Rock."

"Had cabinet doors missing in kitchen. Paint on wall had bubbled and peeled. There were many other things, but the management was the worst! They even withheld my deposit citing normal "wear and tear" as damages! They then started a campaign of harassment, even reporting negative things on my Credit Records, to try and extort additional money from me! There are many quirks about the complex. Front doors that open outward, etc... The owners stopped accepting Section 8 Vouchers and evicted all of the recipients who were on them! The apartment that I was occupying had a previous tenant die and go undiscovered for days. That wasn't disclosed by the management, but the family of the former tenant came forward with the details."
