"The manager of this location called me to find out why we wanted to switch locations. We did not care for one of the PTs bedside manner. When I reiterated that I did not want to continue at the location she told me she would speak to the other office manager. I said "Okay, thank you." And her reply was a "Uh huh." And then she hung up. She was passive aggressive and pushy. This is why this office has negative reviews. Bad attitudes."

"Disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the office staff. My pediatrician submitted a referral that I followed up to schedule an appointment because I had not received a call. The person involved in in scheduling said it couldn’t be scheduled at that time but they would call me back. Followed up a week later, provided my information and was told the scheduler would get back to me. Still no return call. Followed up again and still was told that the personnel in charge was not available but they would take my information and return my call by the end of the day. Called the next day and was given the same run around but I insisted that I’d wait on hold until the scheduler was available. When I finally spoke with the person in charge of scheduling, I was told my referral was rejected prior to my 1st phone call due to lack of availability. Absolutely disgraceful!"

"My son is in ST and the therapists are exceptional (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) but today my son had an appointment and after waiting 15 minutes I went to ask the reception staff if the therapist was there and she said yes, after several minutes she said "sorry she left early" I drive 2 hours round trip, I had to leave work early, my husband also left early to pick up our daughter from school and take care of her. They must have called me to reschedule the appointment, I drive a lot and I have to do several things before I can go, I think they should value the effort and time of people. Reception staff ⭐"

"Dr. Kyli Schulz, AUD was informative and knew what she was doing. The front desk staffs were nice and collaborative in delivering a great customer service. I had encountered unpleasant situation that made me come back and forth couple times to address my concern but gladly, the entire team eventually handled it professionally and politely."
