"This place is the worst apartment ever. This place is TERRIBLE. We have been calling for maintenance since months but noone shows up. They dont care about nothing. We recommend nobody to choose this apartment. You will regret. They dont care about pest control as well . You will be living in a hell"
"**** UPDATE 7/10/2019 **** This is in reply to the owner’s comment, as I’m not sure how to directly reply from my phone. If this is Christina, ma’am. You KNEW that my mother was on the lease, I’ve attached the screenshot with her name on it, under mine. Let’s not lie. Furthermore, you also sent an email acknowledging she WAS on the lease, but that you’d forgotten. Let’s also note, that all I want is my money back. According to the state of TEXAS, you’ve violated my rights. You’ve done this by the apartment not being inhabitable. It was inhabitable because the roach problem was out of control AND you did NOT provide working smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Especially, since 2 of the 3 neighbors smoke! I have videos and pictures, showing where the smoke detectors did not work (the 2 that were in place) and the other rooms didn’t have them. I just want my $750 deposit back. I’d hate to have to sue you because of that. Sooo let me say this. If you care about your family and it's well-being, RUN! I moved from Florida to Texas. I paid all of my money in a timely manner and got effed for being responsible. Let's also note, that my kitchen window was on a landing. It did not lock nor did it have a screen. At any time, anyone could've gotten in. The Sunday I got there, I left and left my door unlocked. Well someone decided to go in and have a look around, leaving the lights on. This is an m effing horrible place to move to. They weren't ready for me to to move in; contrary to her having knowledge that I was moving in over the weekend. 2 of my 3 neighbors smoked, one of whom was smoking more than a chimney. Yet! Get this. Yet! I did not have ONE effing working smoke detector. It's also worth noting that the door did not go all the way to the frame, even though it did lock. But! I guess I should be thankful, because they did not charge me the early lease term amount of $2500, because I hadn't physically moved in. If I could attach videos, I would. I started taking pictures but I didn't think that would be effective enough. Like how tf is it not my fault that I didn't move in?! The damn apartment wasn't ready! I have 2 dogs and 3 kids with an aging mother. Seriously?! I spoke to her about the AC on Monday, it wasn't until Wednesday that she put in a work order for it. People I've spoken to said that she's just a nasty person all the way around. Doesn't matter what or who you are. She wants to act all mortified, like she didn't know about the condition of the apartment or that it wasn't ready. The maintenance man said that he was told that I wouldn't be there til Monday. The poor guy was mortified to see me walking around and was apologizing profusely. He is literally the only reason I moved forward initially, because I spoke to him on the phone. He was pleasant, courteous, and respectful. So I thought they'd be ok. SURPRISE! I was wrong about the complex, but right about him. For his sake, I hope he gets something else before his soul is corrupted. She and I were literally conversing via email for almost 3 weeks of June, so there shouldn't have been any misunderstanding. I chose not to move in due to the conditions of the apartment. But I guess I should've just accepted the roach infested apartment that still was not otherwise ready. She left my mom off the lease, would've no doubt evicted me if she found her there. Smh. The people of the complex have some horror stories. I feel bad for them. I've attached pictures for your leisurely viewing. The surrounding area seems pretty good! I'm told, it's your typical college community."
"Worst place I have ever lived from moving in to a filthy apartment with a rat infestation being stuck in one room of my 4 bedroom apartment for months due to rats with my three children then being transferred finally getting decent management then management being changed again mail being misplaced people in the office don't care this place is leaking all over and infested with roaches as well worst place to ever live can't wait to get out of here wish I could give 0 stars. P.s they are actually trying to raise rent as well for what exactly I have no idea"
"I lived here last year. But If I could give it zero stars I would. The remaining staff was nice when I left but nothing got done. We had termites, they did nothing. We had mold. Nothing. I ended up in the hospital. These apartments literally ruined a portion of my life. I almost died from blood poinsoning (sepsis) because of the infection that spread from breathing in the mold. My twins were in and out of the hospital as well. My oldest was constantly sick and my husband missed work a lot from getting sick. They had holes in the ceiling and walls they never fixed. They had a leak they constantly "fixed" staff kept scamming us for our rent and other fees. Keep your receipts of you stay here. Make sure everything is signed and you keep a copy of EVERYTHING. They made us pay our app fee twice because they "lost it." I don't know who's working there now but if it's the same people as when I left, then maybe something will get done. But the ones before that sucked."
"This is the worst place to live, and I will not be stay here anymore after my lease is up. I've had the water turned off on me 3 times and sometimes it will last longer then a day. And when you call it in they say they had to turn it off because they are working on it. But they couldn't let no one know in advance, I had a baby that needed a bath as myself, the restroom wouldn't flush without water so that was also backed up. And all they said was sorry and ignored me when I asked to speak with a person above the manager. Anytime I ask for the property managers or owner contact info they say they don't have it or just ignore you. They make you pay for pest control every month and when you have asked for it repeatedly, they say it will be there next time and it never comes. Everyone stay away if people ask me about them I tell them this I'd the worst place ever. My stove recently broke and they replaced it with another used one, and not but weeks later this is is broke too. They have gone through 3 managers since I've been here. And here's another word of advice if you live here get everything in writing or they will act like you never told them. If there was a negative stars it will be -5"
