"The apartment was great and the maintenance was done usually in a timely manner but my roommate was a huge issue because of hygiene and had an animal that wasn’t registered. The apartment smelled and had molded dishes in for months. In the lease it states you need to keep the living space clean which she broke the contract. I’ve made about 5 complaints about her and her animal and all they tell me is “I will document that” but nothing has been done. Other than not rightly kicking out people who broke the lease by hygiene and other means I enjoy living here. I haven’t had any other issues."

"Terrible place to live, if you want your car to be towed everyday this is the place for you! They continually tow cars minutes after the registration expires for the car not even giving you a chance to register your car again. I’m pretty sure the apartment works with the tow company and gets a cut from every car towed. They take advantage of the people that live here and your guest that you have over, but specifically they are taking advantage of your wallet."

"It’s okay for what it costs. The apartments themselves are fine . I like that they’re pet friendly. It does come fully furnished with a fridge, oven etc so that is all true and it has all been working great. The pool stays clean and accessible which is great to have, along with a spotless 24/7 gym that is super convenient. It’s also nice to have an in unit washer and dryer, although we have had some issues getting a working dryer which have since been resolved as well as our washing machine flooding twice upon move in which was also resolved but it should not have happened twice. Also, this place advertises as a non-smoking facility. This is not enforced which is very deceiving. If you have allergies or health concerns they do NOT take it seriously and do not care. They will make you live with smokers. If you need to live in a smoke free environment, this is not the place for you. I have also noticed that rent continues to be raised here even though my living conditions do not improve so I am curious as to where the extra money is going. I have also had endless issues with roaches despite being a very clean person with very clean roomates. They also did not take our complaints in 2022 seriously about how our AC unit was not working and it eventually caught on fire. So this place is just okay, but there are a lot of health hazards that do not get taken seriously."

"Maintenance is acting weird. For months now I’ve been trying to get my faulty kitchen/dining table furniture replaced. Back in may I was told to wait till august yet august rolled around and I was passed by, no new stool. The other one started showing faults and I put in a Maintenance order about that along with one for the bathtub being partially clogged and draining slow. This was about two weeks ago and I patiently waited for them to come rectify things. Yet I received a notification that my work order was completed even though no one came to do anything. I put in a new work order and the same thing happened. I went to the front office and they opened it back up only for maintenance to set my work order as completed which is fraudulent. I’ve been given an excuse by management that furniture is still being ordered but furniture was meant to come in august. I reached out in august and was told to be patient now it’s I’ve gotta wait again. It’s honestly frustrating. I just want to sit at the dining area and take a shower without water pooling and sloshing around my feet."

"I love this place. I’ve lived here for a month and it’s been amazing. If you read your lease throughly, there are no hidden fees or anything. They worked with my schedule and the Leasing office team were diligent in getting me a place that fit my needs. Maintenance is on top of it as well. After I submitted my inspection, within 24 hours someone was in to take care of the problems. For a fully furnished apartment, the price is amazing. They bill based on usage which I love because I’m very mindful of taking showers that are quick and not washing clothes twice and such. The front desk people are so sweet and kind and always make me feel at home. If I were you, I’d give this place a chance. They’ve really gotten to become a lovely place to live."
