"Love it here! Came to town for a few months, area is quiet and clean., what else can you ask for? not to mention the speedy resolution from maintaince! Its was 2am and my drippy faucet was driving me nuts! So I called and got Javier, he came and serviced my pipes like no one ever has! Man was amazingly good, resolved my issue within minutes and then asked if there was anything else he good fix since he was there. Talk about going above and beyond! He really cared. "Got this email today. The AC is not broken. Your property has a boiler/chiller system, meaning that during the winter you only have heat and during the summer you only have AC. Usually we switch from the boiler to the chiller in mid-March and from chiller to boiler in late November. We understand that since we live in Texas, naturally there are some days where this can bring discomfort, however legally we must have the boiler on if temperatures get too low. To maintain the integrity of the boiler and chiller, we only switch it once a year. Switching the boiler and chiller more than once a year can cause the boiler and chiller to not operate properly and break. We are watching the temperature closely so that we may start the process of switching from boiler to chiller. Shiт you not it's in the 90s todays"

"My mentee i’m mentoring that is a college student at North Texas University is currently living here. He is having the worst college experience living here as an out of state student resident. He currently has no heat and his electricity was off all weekend. His ceiling fell in and all they did was a patch up job. This apartment building has terrible customer services. The management are never in the office. They also keep adding hidden fees that shouldn’t be on his rent. We have currently contacted Legal counsel with the University for his damaged property. We are also contacting the local news because they are scamming college students. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE they are lying about everything, if you are a visitor your car will get towed which will cost you $200 dollars to get back. I believe there are a lot of illegal activities going on here and we are now contacting the proper authorities"
