"Erica is AMAZING!! Has helped us so much we move in soon and love these apartments however the ONLY reason I am leaving 3 stars is because the other sales consultant is extremely rude and not helpful she told us we can’t measure the apartment we are already approved for even though we have been allowed to see it again before. So if you make an appointment or have to deal with anything make sure it’s with Erica not the other lady! Because Erica will get things done the other girl will only give you a smart attitude and act like she doesn’t want to do her job:) personally I would hire someone else more like Erica!"

"I enjoy living in the Mason Mill community. It is a very new facility with roomy apartments, exercise room, and entertainment room. Because there is no carpeting in the living room/dining area, there are some noisy times with heavy footed neighbors walking overhead. (I know this is to be expected). The staff in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff are visible and work quickly to complete any concerns. It would be beneficial to have a list of all the necessary app needed for the community. I believe there is a need for improvement with the Stratis layout and permissions. I find it annoying to constantly add my daughter as a visitor as the app only allow a 7 day window."

"The apartments are very nice, with marble white finishes. The leasing office hosts fun events for its residents as well. Though there are issues with my unit due to it being a new build, the maintenance worker Andrew has always been there to help fix things in a timely manner. I appreciate him giving me updates and doing his best to fix any issues to the best of his ability. Thank you Andrew!"

"I don't usually write reviews, but the staff here made my move an amazing experience. From the day I walked in for a tour to the day I moved in. The staff here are amazing!!! Everyone is so nice and they respond in a timely manner. I just moved in and my apartment had some imperfections from construction, but were all fixed the day of. The maintenance supervisor updated me on everything, and when he was done with the repairs. I also had no hot water, but the maintenance supervisor did everything he could to get the water heater company to come out the day of, but they couldn't come till the next day. In return I was allowed to use the vacant apartment next door to take a shower. If this doesn't make you wanna live here than I don't know what would. The customer service here is amazing! The apartments are very beautiful and spacious and don't forget the amazing amenities. I'm very happy I've chosen Mason + Mill as my new home."

"Let me start by saying Mrs.D. Sanchez and Mrs.E. Faulkner are the true definition of 5 star service! If you come to this beautiful establish please request these AWESOME woman! Andrew is one AMAZING maintenance guys their facility has! This guy on October 11,2023 stopped what he was doing and assisted me to get my packages out of the holding room when we receive oversized items and opened the door for me at 6:30pm. Yes I'm dropping time slots because this was the true example of 5 star service in every aspect of this building. These apartments are nothing less than AMAZING! They have pet friendly designated areas, the tenants are super friendly, the layout is really nice. If you come here you will feel like your staying at a resort. The owners were really thoughtful to the needs of their tenants. This is a hidden gem. Well done to the owners JLB you ROCK!!!! Thanks for simply sharing your vision with us. One week down many more to go :)"
