"I have been at the hidden valley apartments for 11 years now. When we first moved in we had no issues, and after a couple years they changed staff and was having some issues. The staff they currently have is GREAT. They get work orders done in a fast timely manner."

Camye and the other office staff are very friendly, understanding, compassionate, and supportive. When I need to have something worked on (AC fixed or bug spraying requests), the maintenance team is always on time and efficiently fixes the issue. There are so many excellent reasons why I continue to live here. I would definitely recommend Hidden Valley."

"Adrian Rosales Review is inaccurate and the fact the the apartments tried to make me get rid of my dog without investigating this is crazy! Did my dog who was on a leash run and attack you? Or did you walk towards my dog and I like you wanted to pet him as I was walking him after I shook my head no to you? He’s a very protective therapy dog. I told you not to walk towards him and try to pet him but you continued to do it anyways. How did he attack you without biting you? He jumped at you scared you and you were just angry. Your lies could’ve cost me my dog or my home. Maybe there should be an investigation before hidden valley comes and tells me I need to get rid of my dog. He’s never attacked anyone please don’t lie."

"I applied for a n apartment here and was denied, now they are giving me the run around about returning my $250 security deposit. It's been almost 3 weeks, and all I keep getting is they'll call me back. Tamara in the corporate office is refusing to call me back after she stated that a checked would be fed ex to me. I would not recommend doing any business with this company."
