"I feel like I’m living in a government funded housing or something. Management email 3-5 messages a week. They send threatening notices about trash, cars, too many ppl in the lounge room, smoking. It’s always something and it is super annoying & they don’t allow you to turn notifications off. Sending us email reminders about rent being due like we are not all grown. They have all these requests and don’t have their systems working right half the time. I’ve never experienced a complex so annoying & in your business. They have so many other problems that they need to focus on like that bad rotten smell outside rather than harassing tenants. It’s unbelievable. Trust me when I say these apartments are not worth the headache & hassle. They don’t even have their stuff together for the office to request as much as they do. There are a lot nicer complexes in the area that aren’t half this headache."

"Read the reviews and believe what people are saying before you think to move here! When I first moved here, things were nice including staff and management. They even gave fair warnings to residents before anything. Now….. I don’t know what type of staff and management this place is under, but it isn’t nothing good or consistent. I didn’t want to call them out but after a bad violation call over trash services, and living here for over a year with NO problems with that, is just the icing on the cake when I still see a lot of the residents having their trash out the same way in no bin. I pay the free for trash pick up (not leaking, not overly full or teared) and yall attaching fines b/c yall worried about it not being in a trash bin?! After 13 months of living here!! Not enough parking spaces for residents, and certainly not enough for your visitors when we have all this open land around the apartments. Staff never knows what to do next nor do they get back to you with your concerns, Hallways always smell bad, unit walls are so thin, literally. My vents barely blow out anything in the master bedroom and bathroom, shower pipe disburse an awful smell and all maintenance did was drop a scented stick down the drain that only lasted 24hrs, finishing touches and paint job is not it, and this list goes on. It’s barely any good to review for this place currently so I’ll be ending my lease and moving out within the month. If you plan to move in, get ready to be disappointed"

"I wish i could give this place 0 stars. I applied and after waiting a few days without hearing anything back i called to check on my application. They said it could take up to a week. It ended up taking them 6 and a half WEEKS of losing my documents, their manager never being in office, un returned emails, days or weeks of no correspondence from them, them saying they were calling me yet I had no missed calls, asking me for more information after telling me they had everything they needed, etc. Then finally I got ahold of the property manager who isn’t even licensed to approve applicants, and after her promising to call and get me approved within a week I hear back a few days later letting me know I was denied. Why? I’m not sure because i never received the letter in the mail stating why like they said i would. I went somewhere else and got approved within 24 HOURS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. i gave them the benefit of the doubt hearing it was new management & that the front office lady, Africa, is super nice. Never again"

"I wish you could put no stars, this community is 2 stars for a reason. like in other reviews they charged us over $100 for trash because the 3rd party trash service we paid $30 a month for is lazy. I highly recommend you look else where. I’ve been here for almost a full and long 13 months. I still don’t recommend these apartments to anyone I know. They are recently going through a management change and it’s worse than it was before. There isn’t any parking and the towing company they have doesn’t do much. I’ve called every day to try and get in contact with them about a lease renewal but still haven’t got a call back. The people they do have answering the phone will tell you “they don’t know” and say they will call back but never do. Hallways smell like weed. They claim to do pet dna test on any dog poop that’s left uncleaned but there’s poop everywhere around the community. I will say the only good thing about these apartments is maintenance. Salvador has been the best maintenance tech, very helpful and always resolving issues asap. Wish he was with better management company. My BIGGEST regret is signing a lease here. I’ve been living here about 6/7 months, our refrigerator went out ruined half our food, washer was broken for 3 weeks, and now the A/C went out. Don’t let the pictures/ tour fool you. They may look nice but there apartments were rushed and poorly made. Save your money/ time and look elsewhere. Not to mention all the amenities we pay for aren’t even complete yet. I don’t recommend LynnCora."

"Terrible communication, got all my information and money, I got accepted by their 3rd party screenwork but they as an apartment complex, didn’t accept me… I called to ask why, still couldn’t tell me. Was being very vague on the phone. Said they emailed me the screening. Never got it. Called to ask for it again, apparently they sent it again, but I still never got it. I checked both my spam and junk emails just to be sure. Still haven’t gotten anything and it’s been a month. This delayed my whole process of apartment looking because I thought I had something terrible on my credit but my report came back great!! Honestly it feels like discrimination and I’m not okay with that!! If they could have just sent me my email with their reasoning, like they said they would, I would have been fine, but now I feel like, they took my money, knowing they didn’t have anymore apartments available or just didn’t want me there and just “denied” me because they wanted to. I’ve still gotten no response! The main manager is NEVER IN OFFICE! I’ve called at least 4 times and I’m still talking to a front desk receptionist that can only do so much!!! As I’m reading the reviews, it’s seems to be the exact same issues I’m having with them and now I’m actually glad I will not be living in that establishment. Just because it looks nice, it is not worth the unprofessionalism!!"
