Robert gets 10 stars from me! Actually, I can't submit review without star-rating. The 5 star rating is specifically for Robert from maintenance. It is NOT for the apartment complex itself. Just to be clear!"

"Been living here since late July and I can say we are pleased with this place. Allison does a great job at the front office and I can’t tell if she remembers me or is really friendly but either way I feel at home. The location is great we enjoy it the only small annoyance I have is that parking fills up quick by our building. I work late I don’t find spots because people have others over, to be fair we have lived all over Texas and apartments have this issue often. We now have a garage but we are happy with our place quiet neighbors who are professionals and respectful. Amenities are nice and the best part is there’s a bunch of space for dogs. Dog park, dog wash bay, and clean up bags throughout the property. So far it’s great !"

"Over the past few weeks management has had carpets shampooed in the hallways and power washed most of the patios. That was great to see. The maintenance team does a good job with responding to work orders in a timely manner. They communicate very well. Make ready needs to be better."

"I’m so excited to move here. My partner and I have had the best customer service experience with Becky. When we came to tour, she was the most professional and personable employee we talked to that entire day as we toured other apartments in the Fort Worth area. As soon as the floor plan we wanted became available, she immediately contacted me personally. The complex itself outdid any other luxury apartments we viewed based on its location, views, safety, and serenity—we actually came by twice that day (and Becky generously toured us *twice* since my partner’s sister had wanted to see on the second visit!), and even on a Saturday the place was as peaceful and quiet as could be. While the units are on the pricier side based on their size, I truly think you get what you pay for in amenities, responsiveness, and a resort-style experience."
