Burger King

"I visited this restaurant on September 21st of this year. I had planned to use my coupon codes from my bk app. I always forget the paper coupons. The in-app coupons are more convenient. I walked in side the store to place my order. When I made it to the counter, no one was in line. No one acknowledged my presence. The store manager was sacking orders, yet, she never took the time to acknowledge me. She continued to sack approximately 5 orders before rudely stating that she would assist me soon. After she dragged herself to the counter, i immediately showed her the coupon code in my app. The lady immediately stated in a rude tone” I can’t accept that”! I looked at her with disgust, and before I could say anything, she stated “ the computer is not going to accept it. Rather than argue with that woman, I snatched my phone than left. I made a complaint to the corporate office and I have not received a response from them yet. These Burger Kings are franchised in Midland are a disgrace to the restaurant industry. I guess they don’t care about their customers. I will not frequent this restaurant again."

"Order taker took for ever to come and take my order at the counter. The lobby and fountain station was dirty and they were not under staffed. Food was not fresh.."

Original sandwich At this particular store. I went to the drive . Order my sandwich.I asked for a little extra mayo this time Since the last few have been a little dry. And I asked them to Kindly cut it in half. Well, not only did they drown my sandwich in mayo!! . They Cut my sandwich long wise instead of in half... And then you pay so much money .... what a shame The Store is on Andrew's highway in Midland."

"Unfortunately my Ice Tea was sour and since I didn't keep my reciept... but my onion rings were freaking amazing.... the vanilla shake was ehh I wanted strawberry.."

"Burgers are actually what they advertised. My burgers was as big as the picture. Since the decline in quality at Whataburger over the last several months. I’ve switched to Burger King when fast food is what I’m craving. Thanks"
