"First the positive: Dustin and the maintenance team are fantastic! They are 5 stars. I can not stress again how just overall great Dustin was. He came at any time to address any maintenance request and Carl was also very kind. I just interacted more with Dustin since he came out more for maintenance request and he’s usually around the property. He was also very knowledgeable, so on top of quickly attending to maintenance request, you learned something also. The thermostat is legit awesome! This was one of the most pleasant application processes ever. Everyone in the office was so incredibly pleasant. I felt so welcome. Nat had a ton of resources that I was not aware of, yet even without that, I was leaning towards this property over other similar ones already because of the hospitality of the office team alone. Being kind and hospitable really goes a long way. When you are choosing a new a home, you really want it to feel like home. Update 11/21/2023 The application process was fantastic solely because of the great first impressions of the of the three ladies in the office. At first things seemed great and the property location is nice and peaceful. However, implore you to read every detail of your contract carefully as I did run into some disappointing issues. Do not be blindly trustful because of beautiful auras of the staff. Read everything carefully before signing. Ultimately this is a business and they are not your friends. Due to some questionable circumstance, the real estate locator that I was working with never got paid, and it appeared to be paid out to one of the office staff as far as my understanding. I have other concerns with the unit itself having outdated foundation, what appeared to be water damage and with a few old appliances that really should be replaced and parking, but I’ve technically never been unable to park. The dog poop situation is really bad, but the valet trash is taken consistently. I’ve had a lot of my packages stolen but I can’t tell if it was Amazon or a resident. Other than that it was quiet. And the new courtyard view looks really nice."
"DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE. I moved from a nice place and down sized because I heard the school district is good. Management is HORRIBLE. the assistant manager is horrible. It's possums out here that chase pets and live on the property, roaches from nasty tenants, maintenance will smoke cigarettes and leave the butts on your porch before going in your apartment. They are lazy. You have to buy your own air filter and they will not replace it. I've had to call code enforcement within living here for 2 weeks. It's lizards and a lot of them and if they go in your apartment then management don't care. They are rude and unprofessional. Ppl do not clean up after their dogs and you might walk into it if you not paying attention. Make sure you have cameras in your apartment if you come too. Do NOT come out here and look at these apartments. The manager and assist manager are conniving. I can start a book with all the work orders I’ve had to get and it’s only been 5 months. The only thing nice is the sign, so know that and keep driving. Trust…. You’re not missing anything."
"I give it 2 stars just due to how I was treated. I had some mishaps . I wa suppose to get my sept rent rent free but NAT messed up my leasing amounts etc and the didn’t realize it until I saw my ledger for the month of sept. Granted she was in training but that was a big mishap. The assistant manager helped tho and she was very nice. So I fell behind due to my job . I had my October rent but NAT advised she couldn’t speak with me about any payment arrangement and that the manager will contact me . Nobody never called or returned emails. My upstair neighbors were horrible! Their kids made noise ALL DAY up until they went to sleep. I have a daughter and she would literally wake up due to the kids upstairs sounding like they were jumping and banging on walls etc . Just horrible . So I wasn’t sad that I left . But manager could do better with communicating. Love the assistant manager. Wish she was the actual manager . And also MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR LEASE ETC!"
