"I will say I have not seen the physician but the fact that we are in network but won't accept our insurance so they want to charge me over $1600 for an OFFICE VISIT is just beyond me. This is not a business who's priority is helping children get the care they need."
"Dr. Hadeed is very thorough and caring. BUT scheduling an appointment is always 9 or 10 months out. We did cancel his check up appointment because my work schedule changed by the time the appointment was finally coming up and then could not get in again for 9 months. By the time he could get in, Covid was really bad. Because my son, obviously has pulmonary issues, and was doing great with his current treatment, I did not want to risk him catching Covid by bringing him into the clinic, I decided it was safer for him to go in at later time. Well today, his nebulizer suddenly stopped working. So I called to request a new prescription be sent in for a nebulizer. The on call doctor called me back, a female doctor that I had never spoken to before. She very rudely said she would not send a prescription for a new nebulizer because he needed an appointment. I explained the scheduling length and my reason as a parent for not wanting to take him into the clinic and I asked what options she knew of to get him the nebulizer because he NEEDS TO BREATHE. She said “his PCP.” I told her they were closed and did not have an after hours service, she was so extremely uncaring and rude, I got off the phone crying. What kind of pediatric pulmonologist refuses to send in a nebulizer so a child can breathe? Or talks that rude and uncaring to a mother of a child that needs help?! I am glad she is not my son’s pulmonologist but she is to a lot of other children. She should not be a doctor at all if she doesn’t care about the people she is supposed to help."
"My Son had a near death asthma attack and had to spend five nights in the hospital. When the pulmonologist came to see s doctor Pfaff, he was very dismissive and didn't really act like he wanted to listen to anything I had to say. Because of this I contacted patient advocacy because I felt like we were being wrongly treated. Because of this and because he didn't like me contacting patient advocacy he has decided to no longer see my son who is only 3 years old and he's also included his whole entire practice in this. We had a follow-up appointment scheduled 6 weeks later and now I have no idea what to do. I'm so beyond words disappointed in how this is handled and I hope that nobody has to experience dr. Phaff again because he was terrible to our family"
"Dr. Dambro & her staff are the best. Great customer service, fast service, helpful, loving, & caring!"
"I had already written a review, but I'll submit another. The staff and everyone inside the Dobson pulmonary clinic are top notch. I was sad to see Dr. Das go, but Dr. Neumann is wonderful. Great place filled with special people."
