"As someone who uses a mobility aid, this place is hardly accessible. At least one of the elevators is broken down more often than not, and today BOTH are down. I cannot climb the stairs, so that means I cannot visit people on any floor above 1. I don't know what people who LIVE here who need the elevator are supposed to do. This place does not maintain ADA accessibility."
