"I agree with the bad reviews everything they’ve mentioned is accurate. The manager is also unprofessional she gave a very condescending attitude to my sister because we have been waited months I think actually almost a year now since we finally got one maintenance related issue resolved but just one. Who made her a manager? She defiantly has connections or nobody wanted the job because that was very rude of her brushing off my sister just because she was on the phone. We probably have mold too from a sewage issue that was caused here by some pipes that were being fixed or something and we dealt with the consequences along with the recent power outage and all of our food was wasted and who replaced it? Not them why even get insurance I bet they wouldn’t even cover it. Just a horrible abandoned complex."
"Management impossible to get in contact with. Went a month and a half with no management and never informed us New management quit or sacked after 3 days. Current manager is a part timer that lives out of state. Still impossible to contact. Has a text number that she ignores Maintenance is lazy and does not show up or complete jobs. It took them a year to change halogen lights. They are supposed to change smoke alarm batteries. Waited and waited finally did it myself. Major bug problem."
"we recently applied for a townhome in March, we were approved and put down a deposit. We were told we would be able to move in end of may, which is important because we’re expecting and baby is due in june. I emailed the office in april asking when we could tour and get a lease signed… i was told the current resident moved out may 1st and they needed to assess the unit and would get back to us shortly after may 1st to schedule a walk through, a set move in date, and to sign the lease. it’s now may 16th and i’ve emailed, called and gone up to the office multiple times. no one answers the phone and the office staff have been “out of office” for almost 2 weeks now. we’ve had no option but to sign a lease elsewhere because we are needing to move by may 31st and don’t have time to be ignored because we have small kids and a baby coming next month- we have to have somewhere to live. this is the MOST unprofessional situation i’ve ever experienced in my 6 years of renting. there is ZERO communication from the office staff and it’s just ridiculous that they’ve ignored my emails, calls, and voicemails. i’ve gone out of my way 6 times in the last two weeks to go to their office to speak to someone in person and it’s been closed. the worst part is that there’s a sign out front that says the office staff is out for a family emergency and will be back may 8th… that was 8 days ago. how do you run a business like that? it’s just completely unprofessional and downright embarrassing. now i have to try and find a way to get my deposit back, if anyone decides to answer the phone or unlock the doors to the office."
"Moved out! In the two years me and my family lived there. We had a family come to my apartment 3 times, my kid was punched in the fase, former management Brittany and husband confronted and threatened my kid, and my wife and I were attacked by a random guy and a group of women in front of our kids while management watched. And two women with a group of kids accusing my kid of breaking their nerf gun until the police got there and then it wasn't him. Never had these problems till we moved there. Not a good place for a family if your kids ever want to play out side."
