"I want to start by saying I truly enjoy living here and the maintenance guys are amazing! My issue is with the leasing manager. I reached out to her almost two weeks ago via the resident portal. I never heard back from her reached out again and even called and left a voicemail to her number a week later. Never received a call back so I called the leasing office only to be told she had already left for the day despite it being noon on a Thursday and they would have her call me back. Well it’s now Tuesday and I have yet to receive any email or call back in almost two weeks! Due to my work schedule I can not just go to the leasing office during their business hours although it would probably be a waste of my time seeing she’s never there!"

"Water issues. Water turned off at least once a month. The building that I live in is a muddy mess for days after it rains. Maintenance issues usually handled within 24 hrs. Most cases same day. Office staff very professional."

"I’ve lived at Villa Del Mar for two months and so far, it’s been great. Quiet community with excellent office personnel. The few times I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s been handled immediately, a maintenance person has arrived same day. My only wish is that my unit were a little bit bigger. I highly recommend."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this property. I've lived here 2 years almost and it has always been a good experience. The property stays gated at all times, and if the gate ever breaks they are right on it to get it fixed. Maintenance is also AMAZING at this property. Anytime I call they are there within a few hours to fix anything needed. Management is so friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend these apartments."

"Just signed my second lease. I've enjoyed living here with my daughter. Yes the water has to be turned off from time to time and while that is a nuisance they stay in communication via text to all residents. No noise issues. No neighbor issues. Maintenance is VERY quick and polite. Once when my AC went out over this summer hear they brought up a portable unit at 8pm same night. Even my dog doesn't mind when they pop in. There's a dog park, small playground, 2 pools which they fix issues quickly if there's a maintenance issue. Never felt unsafe here either."
