"We love this office and have been seeing Dr. Phillips since my girls were babies (they are now 11 & 13). We love the other doctors, nurses, and the PA as well. You can always get an appointment and we are usually in and out very quickly. Highly recommend!"

Dr. Phillips was recommended to me by a Mom that had given me wonderful advice in the past. "We have been patients of Cooks Children’s Cityview since 2011. We have never had issues getting same to next day appointments. We currently drive 4.5 hours to see Dr. Phillips to ensure my girls get the best care with the doctor that has seen them since they were born in the hospital. My children love her and her staff and enjoy visiting with her as well. Come see them, you won’t be dissappointed."
"If your a busy parent or parents and try to squeeze a doc appointment in your schedule DO NOT go here! 3 times after working all night with an appointment made and arriving 15 min early I have waited over 45 min to be seen. I have left twice and today was it. My wife and I will find a different pediatrician preferably not cooks because they obviously do not keep or come at least close to keeping their appointments. With my vists my wife is close to the same thing. Also when my wife questioned why it was such a long long wait they have said this answer to my self my wife and I’ve over heard them say it to other parents there as well. The quote is “ the doctors are dealing with an emergency” I don’t buy it 5 times with just my family. Don’t waste your time or energy at this office."
