"There are many places both much nicer, newer and much less expensive than this place. If residents that have moved from here would leave reviews I think you would see a much lower overall rating. People, us included, have been moving out in droves. We were there a year and were really not lookong to move again but we felt we had no choice. A huge rent increase was coming and I know that was the final straw for many. The two big and one lesser floods was another factor. The last one was Christmas eve and I think maybe the damage has been finally fixed. Will there be another one this next winter? Constant staff and management changes. Off and on maintenance just trying to keep up. The final kicker for us was the excessive noise. Our apt was right bh the walk in gate that would constantly BANG shut all day to the extent that it would wake us up. Promises were made several times that something would be done but never was. Likewise with the drivethrough gate that is also right outside. Not to mention the noise from right outside the front door where you could hear EVERYTHING. To top this miserable experience off I have called 7 or 8 times to ask when we will get our deposit back but there either isn't anyone there, they are in a meeting, whatever. I leave message with whoever answers the phone but 3 months after moving out we have not seen our deposit and I doubt we ever will. We can heartily reccomend Solea which is only about a mile or so away. We were not looking forward to another move but we are glad we did. Several people from Aviva have moved to Solea in fact."

"My husband and I have lived at Trinity Courtyard for over 7 months. We could not have found a more welcoming community. Everyone -- staff and residents -- are most friendly. Management encourages residents to plan and execute their own activities. We stay active, have our own choir, plenty of pot luck dinners, as well as special events. We have made so many new friends! We love our life here at Trinity Courtyards!"

There are a wide variety of activities to choose from, and they have allowed me to meet many wonderful new friends and also be as active as I want to. I have a sweet little pug, Ellie, who has been welcomed, and the facility has a wonderful dog park. We both are very happy to live at Trinity Courtyard."
