"I lived in these apartments for a little over 2 years and it was the best apartment living experience I could have asked for! Amenities are beautiful, the apartments are gorgeous, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are always prompt with requests. I will say I moved here from out of state and was choosing my apartment based on location and floor plan because I wasn’t here to physically tour it ahead of time BUT the floor plan mark ups online may need some updating because while my floor plan matched room for room, I had carpeting in areas I didn’t expect or want it in (not as big a deal if you’re pet free, unlike me) and my cabinet color was different than what I expected based on the online specifications (minor to me but just something to note if you’re a super aesthetic person). Otherwise everything was great & spot on- I’d recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be in the Alliance area!"

"You’re at the mercy of your neighbors. Property management/staff, not engaged. The floors are poorly insulated, communication is bad, they have no problem lying to you, or making you the problem instead of dealing with the issue. It’s pet friendly, not family friendly. They’d rather you move to another unit at your expense, because they don’t have the respect of unruly tenants. They’ll ask you for proof, video, documentation, tell you to call the courtesy officer, etc. After you do everything they ask, nothing. The courtesy officer, is basically a non factor. If your neighbor is River dancing above you, 14 hrs a day, they’ll tell you “noise is subjective”. We had to have the unit treated for insects three times upon moving in. We had black mold growing inside of the HVAC closet, the maintenance man tried to hide it, never reported it to us or the office, had I not happened to witness it, we’d still be breathing it in. After I went down to the office to report it, the PROPERTY MANAGER, did not treat it with a sense of urgency. Telling us it would be at least 5 days before someone could even look at it. A simple search of tenant rights, in the state of Texas, revealed this is a violation of policy. It took for me to contact the property director, to have the issue addressed appropriately. Oddly enough, someone as out the next morning. The failure to deal with unruly tenants effectively, has resulted in altercations on the property that required police intervention. Apartment amenities vary, which isn’t tropically disclosed until discovered by the tenant. Had a problem with the thermostat, which took three work orders to complete & once again, it was implied that I didn’t understand how they work. There’s no place for children to play on the property, but there are dog parks. While the staff is at least polite, they’re not effective at resolving issues. You’ll definitely get a ton of apologies & corporate fluff. The next step is to start uploading the issues to social platforms. I’ll let the public decide. Again, your experience is at the mercy of your neighbors. The staff handles the basics well, anything with subjectivity. You’re wasting your time. It’s unfortunate that this unit has been a nightmare, the previous building/management, we had no complaints. Had we known the experience would’ve been this dreadful, we would’ve left the property instead of transferring units for more space. I have video/proof of everything, more than willing to share the experience."
"After living here for 14 months, I've witness an exceptional care from the staff, from the ladies in front (Raven and Ashley) to the maintenance guys and cleaning crew. Amenities are great pool, clubhouse and even the dog park is very well maintained and overall feels very homey. Very safe and quiet neighborhood."
"Ashleigh, Bianca, Jazel, Raven have really maxed out the customer service element of the rental business. All four of them meet you with a smile and fix every little issue that comes up. I constantly have issues with technicalities and things I need help with. They handle it all for me. Just the other day I was in my home state and needed the thermostat changed. Just a simple phone call and they sent somebody right up to save my bacon. On another occasion, I was about a week late on rent and seven dollars short. This was no big deal and they didn’t even enforce the late fee. The pool is kept immaculate and coffee machine in tiptop shape. Additionally, I have never seen even a pillow out of place in the club room, and the workout facility is immaculate at all times. They must literally clean it every day. This is a property where you won’t feel congested and crowded. As a matter of fact, I have bulls in a pasture as a view outside of my room! Also a juvenile deer!"
