"If you are leaving student housing or simply in need of an affordable & nice apartment to stay in Denton, Majestic Parc is best way to go! It is such a blissfully quiet complex, friendly to families and college students alike! Not to mention, it’s right next to Loop 288, so you’ll be able to make several trips to the store and back with no sweat! The Manager, Kari and the Assistant Manager, Alissa are a dynamic duo of diligence and dedication to their profession! Making sure their respective clients are tended to and always ensure that the process of moving you into Majestic Parc is as simple as ‘1,2,3’! Even if it’s not about housing, and you just want to chat for a tiny bit, they are both super sweet people and very pet-friendly! Todd and Coltin are the hardest working maintenance you will ever see! On the rare occasion you’d run into an issue with your apartment, they will be there to fix it faster than you’d even have to time worry about it! Hopefully you all will enjoy your stay as much as I did!❤️"

"Had a great time staying here. The staff on site are excellent. Be careful if you terminate your stay before contract end. Even when you have made arrangements for the electric to be terminated in your names they will charge you for the amount that is used plus a $50.00 service fee. Typical these days when companies screw you for every penny they can get out of you."

"Me and my partner lived here for only a year but it was our favorite place we have ever lived. We felt safe and the apartment we moved into was very clean and had nice new appliances. Everything was quick and easy upon moving in and we always enjoyed how close it was to Downtown Denton. The only reason we moved is because our rent increased $300 which made it out of our price range. If it had not we would be living there for several more years."

"I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I would highly recommend this place. They are the most caring understanding company I’ve rented through. I have had 2x where I was on the fence of moving somewhere else but the first one didn’t fall through as planned they were extremely understanding and made the process of me staying so easy and helpful. The second time which is now I am breaking my lease due to a new job and having to move further away and they were so helpful and easy going on what I needed to do. I am so great full with how easy they are to work with and how sweet Kari is she is always the one to help me and she is just the nicest person I’ve ever met. I am sad to be leaving the majestic parc family but times are tough. I hope this helps someone in the future looking for a great place to rent from!!"

"Moved in from out of state when the property was still finishing construction with no reviews to check or tour I could take before signing a lease. It was a bit of a gamble but my place at Majestic Parc turned out to be the best apartment experience one could hope for. Responsive and helpful staff and decent units for the price point. I recently have moved and am sad to leave such a nice place!"
