"Been here 3 years and recently renewed my lease for another year. Any issues I have had have always been addressed in a timely manner. Marsha and Tonya are go to people in the front office, they will get it done. The grounds are clean two pools exercise room what more can you ask for it's a great place!"

"The only good we got out the apartments was the good maintenance staff always on point! If you want your car broken into multiple times go for it they barely have cameras and it always smells like weed."

"Great place to live! 10 STARS!!!! Office staff is very helpful and great to work with. The apartments are beautiful and really spacious. Property has two pools and an awesome Cabana area, too! So fun during the summer. The gym is 24 hours too, so that’s convenient for me. Also, property is gated so that is a huge amenity to have here!"

"Maintenance having to go into your apartment even when you are not there because there are water leaks all over the place. There is mold all over one of the closets and the fix when I submitted a ticket was to just paint it. Not to mention that the carpet was all damaged from the water leaks, and additionally have paint stains from what the maintenance crew people did. On top of this, they are now charging me the carpet damage when I didn’t renew my lease! This place is ridiculous and ghetto now. Stay away at all cost. You will also be with out water at least once per week since it seems like they are always working on tube leaks. The roof of my apartment was falling a part and water would just cascade into the apartment. I didn’t agree with the charges that I was being charged and the assistance manager Thanya Median said she was going to look into it and reach out to me and just never did. This seems very sketchy since I lost access to my portal and there was no way for me to pay this outstanding balance. If it wasn’t because of me asking, I would have gotten a hit on my credit score. (See recent review for other similar instances with other residents). Even the staff used to care more about their customers. This place has really changed, and it is getting old and falling apart. Just stay away from it at all cost. I mean, just read some of the most recent reviews if you don’t believe me. I’m so glad to be out of this apartment complex. Also, your car will be broken into multiple times, so just make sure you leave a door open, so they don’t bust a window."

"If you want maintenance to constantly be in your apartment because your AC breaks constantly, then this is the perfect place to be. Not to mention the roach problems, and having the constant smell of weed in your apartment because you can smell it from your next door neighbor. Oh yeah and having the water shut off for nearly all day long. Now thinking about ending my lease early."
