"Staff was great, Dr.steinman not so much. We would wait 30-45 mins to be seen by him for 3 mins. I would have to ask him to ("check his ears, check his tummy pls etc) terrible bedside manner. Saying he needs tubes if he got another ear infection......3 infections later he finally refers him to get them. Stuff like that. We changed Drs and are so glad we did. His new Dr is so much better! Like night and day."

Dr Steinmann listened tentively to all of my concerns and was very proactive about getting my son better. He covered all the bases and we went back for a recheck the very next day.
