"I currently live in these apartments and they are really nice on the inside.The apartments also have a nice dog Station for your animal to use it,and has a really nice grilling area. The manager is very professional and always answers the phone along with the maintenance staff they get the job done and they are always nice ."

"I have lived here going on my second year and I have seen an incredible improvement by the new property owners granted anything that is taking over by someone will always come with faults and flaws but it takes the whole community to help bring it up and if you're not happy where you live you're not going to increase the value or the surroundings around you. The management she does an excellent job and is doing her best. When I first moved here yes there were bad elements but since then they have been removed from the property. The property itself has had such an improvement not only with the landscaping but with the parking lot and the gates. But when people don't respect their surroundings they don't care about it and that's when things start to go down hill. I am very happy and pleased to call Victoria Place apartments my home after all isn't that what everybody longs for a place to call home."

"Needs a lot of improvement from the office management, maintenance man and parents letting little kids run around unsupervised .Very Very Very disrespectful, unfriendly, noisy,noisy neighbor who can't, and don't even try to control bad little boy that he let stay up til 1,2,3,4 o'clock in the morning running and jumping, bumping against walls and gets mad if you say something to him about it. Don't forget the dog that barks at everything I do mean everything"
