"My boyfriend and I just moved to the Fort Worth area from Houston a couple months ago, it was a very stressful process and making the decision to live somewhere was the cherry on top, but I’ve been so grateful to find this apartment complex. It really has met every requirement and I love the area! I feel safe and the noise isn’t too bad, it’s quiet at the right hours. The community seems to be very helpful and nice, on our move in day, I had a couple people ask if we needed help bringing stuff in, those are the little things that I enjoy about this place and I’ve yet to run into a single problem! The staff is super nice and helpful as well!"

"I don't ever do reviews, but I most certainly look at them when trying to find apartments. Robyn has been amazing and helpful throughout the entire process of moving in and if I had an issues she's been on top of it. Everyone in the office has been great! I had to put in a maintenance order and they came out right away. The community is clean and quiet. Parking isn't a problem, if you're looking for an apartment I'd highly suggest these apartments!"

"I love living here, and having lived in MULTIPLE places in Fort Worth in a short amount of time due to being a student, I have felt the most safe here. I've never met April, but Robin and especially Christiane, were great when I first moved in and helped me get all the paperwork needed to make move-in day a breeze. Plus, they worked around my weird lease length which greatly reduced my stress in finding a place. My only complaint is how long it initially took to get maintenance to come by to replace some dead lightbulbs, fix my washer, and fix my dishwasher; which, I agree should have been done before move-in. That being said, most of my stars are for the maintenance crew; they are AMAZING! Once the guy came by, he fixed everything quickly and made sure everything worked before leaving. He's great with my dog, Charlie (he always loves on him!) And him, as well as the other maintenance staff, ALWAYS take the time to greet me and Charlie if they see us around the complex. I've never met a maintenance crew that's so kind! The cleaning staff works so hard to make sure the complex is ALWAYS clean. I, also, love how the complex enforces rules to make sure the complex stays clean and presentable. There was an issue with dog poop not getting picked up, and I really appreciated how they sent an email immediately to fix this. As for the train, I don't really hear it. But it's Fort Worth, and trains are inevitable, especially in areas near downtown, so you get used to it. The location is AMAZING and the main reason I leased with this place. It's less than 10 minutes from the TCU Campus, and it's a great place for college students given all the amenities offered and proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. Lastly, the attention to detail/small events is my other favorite thing. They had breakfast tacos one morning, got a lobster truck to stop by during dinner time, always keep the coffee bar stocked up, and they give you a small gift + note during move-in and on your birthday!"
