"I took my son to his follow up early in the morning. Doctor’s assistant saw him.. spoke a little then asked for the pharmacy preference so I proceed and told her which one then said she’ll be sending out the prescription.. ok I trusted obviously it’s a doctors office. WELL 2 days later and still NO ORDER FROM THE DOCTOR. I called hours after the appt to ask what had happened and got no answer then called the next day and all the lady upfront told me is that she’ll leave a note to the doctor.. then day 2 comes and still no prescription Now I have to waste gas and time to go directly to the office and ask for answers. Its RIDICULOUS"
"Worst place ever..... The doctor only saw my daughter once. Which was the very first time we had consulted with him. After that, we never saw him again. I have been taking my daughter with that doctor for approximately 3 years and he's only seen her ONCE. After that it's only a girl with scrubs that walks in the room and tells my daughter (touch your toes, walk in a straight line) I think this ridiculous. Not only that but with your appointment they have you waiting approximately 3-4 hours. And.. for what, so you just have a lady wearing scrubs see your son/daughter. Worst place to go get treaded. Now... am seeking to take my daughter somewhere else where I know for a fact that she's going to get the proper care."
"This office is very rude and unprofessional! They do not take the patients into consideration! When you call them out on their unprofessional customer service they start attacking you more. They have no practice manager the “doctors” are the practice managers which is not functional at all when running a business. The Doctor had no acknowledgment. All their nursing staff was on their personal phones when waiting for the doctor in the room. When they call to confirm appointment they don’t even wait for you to answer you will be there because they have already hung up. Then you call the office and they automatically put you on hold without even a greeting. Just a horrible office to deal with. Especially myself working in the customer service field and dealing with a lot of medical offices our #1 priority is the Patient and their NEEDS! No accommodations nothing. They need a reality check!"
"It's always sitting in the waiting room for an average of 2 hours, then waiting in an old used room where you would expect to see a doctor, but it's just another room to wait another hour. I don't even think the doctor gets up, and to see your child for 5 minutes for a simple medicine refill. The doctor said they do not e-mail or fax medicine refills when I had asked him, "why I can't pick a refill up every month for three months". A neurological doctor can set up, at most, a refill for 3 months. Notice how I only see the doctor every 3 months and the nurse for 2 of the 3 months. The nurse then sends a refill request to the pharmacy. The doctor is a liar, and is able to send electronic refill requests. He has your child miss school for 2 of the 3 three months, which he never sees, only for additional money in his pocket. A "doctor's" visit must require a doctor. He is a liar."
"No good social skills. Unrealistic expectations. Rude. Takes forever. Non accommodating. Violates HIPPA as they would not give me my child's records after they said they could print it out if I paid for them.. so obviously there was discrimination there. I would never go here again. They made an appointment for me a month ago when they could have advised me about their policy that whole time but instead waited until they called me that they were ready for me to be seen and I was at the door for the appointment. They only allow one child and parent and didn't see me because my other child is a 1yr old baby who would be extra. And it's not just the staff. My first appointment the doctor was so rude and assumed I know nothing."
